Quality health services are free from 25 September 2004 in the state with the aim of providing free of cost to families of all class living under poverty line. Deendayal Antidote Treatment Scheme Applicable. The scheme will have a family in a financial year for free examination and treatment up to the extent of Rs. 20000#-.
Family Health Card- A family health card is given to each eligible family who lives under poverty line under the scheme. This card contains a photo of the family head and a full description of the family. The details of treatment and examination are also recorded in this card on recruitment and treatment.
What are the benefits of? The benefits of this scheme are to be given to the borrowers in the government health institutions where the recruitment facility is available, on recruitment and treatment. Beneficiary will receive the benefit of this scheme in the medical institutions recognized by the Government However, the limit of expenditure for a family on investigation and e-lause is up to Rs. 20000#- maximum.
District#State Illness Help Fund
Objective- Under the District#State Illness Assistance Fund, residents of Madhya Pradesh have to provide free medical service (Rs. 25000 to 150,000) by the Government of Madhya Pradesh on a fatal and life-threatening illness to the poor person under poverty line.
Eligible interest- The native of Madhya Pradesh, the person living under the poverty line.
Scheme Form and Workbench जिला बीमारी सहायता निधि के आवेदन पत्र किसी भी स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र से प्राप्त किये जा सकते है। आवेदन भरने के उपरांत कलेक्टर के माध्यम से मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी के पास जमा किये जाते हैं। इस योजना के तहत रु. 25000 से रु. 75000 के प्रकरणों का निर्णय प्रभारी मंत्री तथा जिला कलेक्टर द्वारा और रु. 75000 से 150000 के प्रकरणों पर निर्णय मंत्री लोक स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण, मध्यप्रदेश द्वारा लिया जाता है। इस सुविधा का लाभ सिर्फ शासकीय अस्पताल अथवा शासन द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त निर्धारित अस्पतालों में इलाज कराने पर ही मिलता है। सहायता राशि का चेक अस्पताल के नाम पर होगा। इस योजना का लाभ एक व्यक्ति को एक बार ही मिले सकता है।

4. Knee revenge, 5. Reed bone operation, 6. Retinal detachment, 7. Heart surgery, 8. Neuro surgery, 9. Brain surgery, 10. All cancer diseases, 11. M.D.R., 12. Head injury that requires operation. 13. To treat complications after obstetrics.

Public Security Scheme
Objective- Under this scheme, women are encouraged to provide institutional delivery.
Eligibility- All pregnant women will be eligible to avail benefits that have been admitted to the General Ward of the Government Hospital. The families living under the poverty line that delivers in the recognized private institution and women of Scheduled Caste and Tribe category will also benefit from the scheme.
Scheme Form and Workbench हितग्राही महिला को शासकीय अस्पताल के जनरल वार्ड में भर्ती रह कर प्रसव कराने पर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रुपये 1400 तथा शहरी क्षेत्र में रुपये 1000 की राशि दी जाती है। यह राशि प्रसवोपरांत एकमुश्त दी जाती है। हितग्राही महिला को इस योजना के अंतर्गत संस्थागत प्रसव के दौरान समस्त सेवायें (औषधी, सामग्री आदि) संबंधित शासकीय संस्थान द्वारा नि:शुल्क प्रदान की जाती हैं। इसके साथ ही गर्भवती महिला को अस्पताल तक पहुंचाने वाली प्रेरक महिला को भी ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रुपये 600 शहरी क्षेत्र में रुपये 200 प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जाती है। जननी सुरक्षा योजना मध्यप्रदेश के सभी मेडिकल कालेजों, जिला चिकित्सालयों तथा अन्य सभी चिन्हाकित शासकीय अस्पतालों में जहां 24 घण्टें प्रसव की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध है, लागू की गई है। जननी सहयोगी योजना के अंतर्गत मान्यता प्राप्त सभी निजी चिकित्सालयों में भी योजना का लाभ प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
Deendayal Ongoing Hospital Scheme
(Mobile Health Clinic)
Objective- Reaching quality complete health services in remote tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh by the State Government.
Process of Planning Implementation- Under this scheme, an ongoing vehicle has been built in which doctors, staff, essential equipment and medicines are available. The ongoing vehicle provides free health facilities to all class people in the villages and haut markets of the tribal region.
The following health services are provided free of charge under the Deendayal Hospital Scheme.
1. Therapeutic consultation, first aid primary investigation and free drug delivery.
2. Delivery of health tests and essential medicines after prenatal and postpartum delivery.
3. Blood and bed bar storage for Malaria and T.B. probe.
4. Refer patients in government medical institutions for identification and necessary treatment of complex health issues.
5. Immunization.
6. Information regarding various means of family planning.
7. Publication-Providing various public welfare programs, health-related counseling.
Initial location of commencement of the scheme- Bethol (Bhimpur Vikas Khand), Shipur (Karahal Vikas Khand), Mandala (Mavai Vikas Khand), Jhabua (Sondwa Vikas Khand), Dindori (Bajag Vikas Khand), Shahdol (Bukhar Vikas Khand) Anuppur (Pushparajgarh Vikas Khand), Balaghat (Birsa Vikas Khand), Umaria (Pali Vikas Khand), Jabalpur (Kundam Vikashand), Jha (Kushumi Vikashand). The scheme is being started in 52 developments in the second phase.
Contact Us Services will be provided by the Chief Medical and Health Officer of the district concerned by the ongoing hospital in the prescribed route and place : from ten pm to six pm.
