NITI Aayog will conduct an Entrepreneur Scheme for Intensive Studies

Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Vice President of NITI Aayog from Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan, presented courtesy in the Ministry today. On the occasion, Shri Chaitanya Kashyap, Vice President of the State Planning Commission, Minister of Agriculture Welfare and Agriculture Development Shri Gauri Shankar Bisen, Minister of Energy Shri Paras Jain and Chief Secretary Shri B.P. Singh also existed.
Chief Minister Shri Chauhan informed efforts to enhance the income of farmers in the state and encourage agricultural-based industries. He informed about the Agricultural Entrepreneur Loan Scheme to promote agro-based industries and encourage farmers to establish the industries that the scheme is given by 15 percent subsidy, five percent interest grant for seven years and the Bank Guarantee Government. The scheme has provision of loan from Rs 10 lakh to Rs. 2 crore. The scheme will be attempted to set up 3 thousand industrial units this year.
श्री चौहान ने बताया कि किसानों की कृषि उत्पादकता को बढ़ाने के लिये सिंचाई साधनों का विस्तार तेजी से किया गया है। पिछले करीब डेढ़ दशक में सिचिंत क्षेत्र साढ़े सात लाख से बढ़कर 40 लाख हेक्टेयर हो गया है। इसे 80 लाख हेक्टेयर तक ले जाया जायेगा, तब राज्य का लगभग 80 प्रतिशत क्षेत्र सिचिंत होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्पादकता बढ़ने के साथ ही किसान को फसलों का उचित मूल्य दिलाने के लिये राज्य ने भावांतर भुगतान योजना बनाई है। यह योजना सरकार और किसान दोनों के लिये उपयोगी है। इससे किसान को फसल का वाजिब मूल्य मिलता है और उपार्जन प्रक्रिया पर होने वाले व्यय की बचत भी होती है। इस योजना के तहत अभी 25 लाख मीट्रिक टन फसल का भावांतर राशि भुगतान किया गया है।
NITI Aayog Vice President Dr. Rajiv Kumar applauded the Farmers Entrepreneur Scheme of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. He also told the scheme to be implemented in other states of the country. Dr. Kumar said that the policy of this scheme will be done intensively by the Commission. He pointed out that schemes are required to be built based on the needs, problems and resources of the State Special to bring the concept of cooperative associationism into existence. For the study of the particularities of the States, they are visiting all the states of the country. He also discussed the plans and concepts proposed by the Commission.
