15 District Employment Offices including Bhopal

Minister of State Shri Joshi Review of Departmental Schemes

Modernization and upgradation of District Employment Offices will be developed as the Placement Centre. In the first phase, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Riva, Gwalior, Sea, Ujjain, Hoshangabad, Shahdol, Dhar, Khargun, Dewas, Singrouli, Satna and Katni will be modernized employment offices of 15 districts. Modernization will be in PPP mode. Shri Deepak Joshi, Minister of State for Technical Education (Independent Charge), School Education and Labour, directed to complete the work soon.

Shri Joshi saw the presentation of the project in the Ministry and instructed to give all the sanctions in time-frame as required. He said that use the item in which the budget is. Shri Joshi said that the budget should not be missing. He also directed the Chief Minister’s Skills Promotion and Skills Scheme to start training soon.

The placement centre will also have 2 counseling rooms, 2 interview rooms and a computer lab. Depending on the availability of space, it will change. Students in the centre will be prepared for placement. These modern employment offices aim to place around 25 thousand youth in 6 months through a low placement centre.

In the meeting, the Chairman of Madhya Pradesh Employment Construction Board Shri Hemant Deshmukh, Principal Secretary Technical Education Shri Sanjay Bandopadhyay, Director Skill Development Shri Sanjeev Singh and other officers were present.
