Decisions of Ministerial Council
Under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan, the Excise Policy of the Year 2018-19 was approved at the Ministerial Council Meeting on January 31. The Ministerial Council has decided to carry out the execution of indigenous/foreign wine shops for the upcoming year 2018-19 through all-first renewal as per the year 2017-18. Several decisions were taken for the prevention of illegal wines at the Ministerial Council meeting. India-Mata Complex Construction
The approval of land allocation was given to Nagar Palika Corporation Bhopal for construction of India’s premises at the Ministerial Council meeting. A total of 5.046 hectares of land was allotted to Nagar Nigam Bhopal for the construction of Bharat Mata Complex. It is located in Khasra No. 64 of Land Village Singarcholi, Tehsil Hujur, District Bhopal.
In order to establish Naval Sailing Node in the meeting, Government of India, the Department of Defence was granted the approval of 0.202 hectare land allotment at Village Kohefija (Kanuganav) Tehsil Hujur, District Bhopal.
Decisions to empower urban bodies
A decision to empower urban bodies by the Ministerial Council has been given to urban bodies on any kind of recreation, psychiatrist and amod-promos that occur in their border area. This will lead to income to urban bodies.
Decisions of Scheduled Caste and Caste Welfare
The approval for the candidates of the Scheduled Tribes to get education abroad at the Ministerial meeting was extended from Rs. 6 lakh annually to Rs. 10 lakh annually in the scholarship scheme. The Chief Minister’s Youth Entrepreneur Scheme was decided to provide continuation of operations from the year 2017-18 to year 2019-20.

Modification of the Accessory Mineral Rules
The decision was taken to amend the Mantra-Feed Dawara Madhya Pradesh Accessory Mineral Rules, 1996. Other Decisions
The decision to fund through Narmada Basin Projectus Co. Ltd. was approved for quick implementation of Narmada Valley Development Authority’s Internal Irrigation Schemes. The approval of setting up of the new Rural Hathan in the khurai of the District Sea was also provided by the Ministerial Council.
