CM Shri Chauhan communicated with farmers
भोपाल: मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि संसद में पारित कृषि बिल किसानों के कल्याण को सुनिश्चित करते हुए उनकी आय को दुगनी करने का महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। छोटे किसानों के लिए मध्यप्रदेश सरकार पी.एम. किसान सम्मान निधि के साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री किसान कल्याण योजना प्रारंभ कर उन्हें 10 हजार रूपए वार्षिक देकर सहारा देने का कार्य करेगी। अभी-अभी केंद्र सरकार 2000 रूपये की तीन किश्त देकर योजना में छोटे किसानों को 6000 रूपये सालाना की मदद देती है। अब राज्य सरकार इसमें 4000 रूपये मिलाकर किसान को लाभान्वित करेगी। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने आज शाम आकाशवाणी भोपाल से प्रसारित ‘किसानों की बात – मुख्यमंत्री के साथ’ कार्यक्रम में किसानों से संवाद करते हुए यह जानकारी दी। आकाशवाणी के मध्यप्रदेश स्थित सभी केन्द्रों में इस कार्यक्रम का प्रसारण किया गया।
Chief Minister Shri Chauhan said that Agricultural Produce Trade and Commerce (Amendment and Simplification) Bill 2020, Agricultists (Strengthening and Protection) are empowered provisions to ensure profit from price rise under the circumstances of price rise to the Trade of Products through any means, the Agricultural Agreement to the farmers to determine the beneficial price of the prior yield of sowing and the decline of production to the farmers.
Chief Minister Shri Chauhan said he thanks Prime Minister Shri Modi for the provisions of these farmer welfare. Some people are spreading confusion regarding these provisions. The reality is that agricultural bills ensure the benefits of farmers. In Madhya Pradesh, farmers were undertaken to provide agricultural loans without interest, benefiting farmer credit cards, amount of crop insurance. First Rs 3100 crore and subsequently Rs 4600 crore premium amount. The relief amount will also be given to farmers whose crops are damaged.
Chief Minister Shri Chauhan said that the farmer will be strength wise by the provision of agriculture bill. In the event of an agreement, the crop will be tied only. The land will remain only of the farmer. No strength will be challenged to its ownership. Chief Minister Shri Chauhan said that the farmer should have a discount that he sold the harvest anywhere. A large facility has been provided by the farmer by adding direct exporters in agriculture bill. The harvest will also be tied at the time of sowing.

Chief Minister's Answer – Prime Minister Shri Modi is worried about the farmers’ income. They are a farmer. The yield in the mandy is blue. If the farmer goes through the vegetable, he has to give commission. The new agriculture bill can purchase the merchant crop from the farmer’s house. Can also buy from farmland. The farmer has the right to sell the crop through other means. The farmer has been given the option. This will save you from the face of coming.
2 Questions – Shri Krishna Katerre, Gram Kalpura (Bhind) – What will we benefit farmers brothers from this Agricultural Bill?
Chief Minister's Answer – You have the advantage of the Agricultural Bill. There is no loss. This Bill facilitates the farmer. You are completely free.
3 Questions – Shri Ramjiv Meena, Village Shahpur (Bhopal) – Bhasahub, is a discussion in the village that the deities will be closed from the arrival of this Bill. Is it right?
Chief Minister's Answer – Meena ji will not stop agriculture yield. You are sure. We will improve the infrastructure. Arrangements and precision will become. No unemployed. A license will provide maximum convenience to the farmer. The security fund will definitely be credited. The farmer will also receive the payment immediately. The penalty has also been arranged for the farmer to do the same as against the provision.
4 Questions – Shri Kishore Dhangi, Village Boliya (Mandasore) – CMG will not sell its yield at a minimum support price on farmers’ pavilions after the arrival of this bill?
Chief Minister's Answer – The minimum support will continue to be purchased at the price. Let all you say that this system will remain like before. The Central Government has announced the support value of wheat yesterday. Wheat will be replaced by Rs. 1975 per quintal, paddy in place of 1815 at the location of 1868, 5100 in the place of Mysore 4800, Rs. 6000 in the place of Ord 5700. Support value of other crops is also increased. In the place of Mung 7050, in the place of 7196, Arhar 5800, in the place of 6000, Mustard 4425, 5100 in the place of Gana 4875, 5275 in the place of Peanut 5090 and 1850 per quintal will be purchased.
5 Questions – Shri Ramanakant Kushwah, Gram Raheda (Riva) – Chief Minister will not get the right price of grain to the farmer brothers from this Bill? And there will be problems in the payment of the farmer’s yield?
Chief Minister's Answer – The laws that are made will give the farmer the right price. If the farmer is sitting at home or on the farm, he will get this facility. Enough provisions have been made for the price of yield. All these arrangements have been made to give the farmer a fine price of production.
6 Questions – Shri Haryanarayan Parmar, Gram Kusmaniya (Dewas) – Bhasahab some people are aware of the fact that the Bill will benefit farmers but large-large companies associated with farm farmers. There will also be disputes. Is it true?
Chief Minister's Answer – We want to tell the farmer that they will not face any dispute. There will not be any dizziness of the court. If there is any dispute, locally will be a solution. The farmer’s merge is the rate at which the crop contracts to sell and the rate exceeds the rate, the farmer will get a higher rate. But the farmer will not have to be obliged to give the farmer at a lower price if there is a crop at least from the amount of contract in the market. Sometimes it happens that the expressions in the market fall. But the farmer will get full price. The farmer’s interest is preferred and adequate protection has been made for him. The farmers will get rid of cropping
7 Questions – Shri Shivadyaal Patel, Village – Ganj (Chhatharpur) – Bhaisahab will not be the hassle of small farmers who are cultivated by the Batai practice?
Chief Minister's Answer – Don’t worry you. You won’t have a loss. There will be no damage to the butt. 10 thousand farm producer groups (FPOs) are being created in the country. This group will serve farmers to deliver reasonable prices in the market.
