Government aims to strengthen farmers financially
Chief Minister launched loan waiver scheme of 134 crore of 40 thousand farmers in Ratlam
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath today handed over Rs 134 crore crop loan waiver documents to more than 40 thousand farmers starting the Jai Kisan crop loan waiver scheme in Namali, Ratlam district today. The Chief Minister said that we will waive the debt of 50 lakh farmers of the state in this scheme. He said that it is our goal to strengthen the farmers financially and the government will make every effort. The Chief Minister said that the new government will not leave the development on years, he is favored to develop in the day and weeks. On this policy, we are moving forward.
Chief Minister Shri Nath said that we had the promise that farmers would waive the debt. We have played this word in time-frame. The new government has done this unprecedented work of debt waiver of so many farmers in a short time. He said this is the biggest challenge to develop the agriculture sector in front of us today. Shri Nath said that the government believes that as long as we do not make the farmers happy, the state will not have all round development.
The Chief Minister said that it is our goal to strengthen the farmers as well as to work a large number of unemployed youths in their state. We will also eliminate unemployment by bringing a large number of industrial investments in the state. He said the new government is not the government of announcements. This is the working government. We have decided that no work will last for many years. We will keep the foundation of growth per day and weeks, making people feel change and rapid development of the state.
Kirz Mafi becomes the first interest of the farmer Bharual Rathore
Shri Kamal Nath entrusted the certificate of waiver of crop loans worth Rs. 95 thousand 447 to Shri Babual Bhairal Rathore, the farmer of Gram Namali starting the Jai Kisan crop loan waiver scheme. Shri Rathore has become the first benefit of the scheme. Over 40 thousand farmers were waived crop loans above Rs 134 crore. The Chief Minister distributed certificates of crop loan waiver to some farmers as tokens.
Launch of construction works of 197 crore and Shilanyas
Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath released and laid down 30 construction works of approximately 197 crore cost of various departments during Ratlam migration. He said there will be no compromise on development.

Shri Sachin Yadav, Minister for Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development, said that Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath has been playing the promise of waiver of Rs 2 lakh from the Annan donor farmers in the state today. He added that the amount in the accounts of the farmers has begun to be deposited. The right to self-certification to farmers is given in this scheme. He said that the new government had half a power bill, including debt waiver in just 57 days, increased the amount for Virgo marriage, Rs 51 thousand and completed the promise of giving 100 units of electricity in Rs 100.
