Scheme Name Balram Tal Scheme
Scheme Objective For the purpose of ensuring farming, the maximum amount of rainwater is decided to commence the Balram Tal Yojana for irrigation.
Formation of the Scheme and Working Area 40 per cent of the construction cost to the general farmers on Balram Tal construction by the farmers themselves in their own farms, maximum of Rs.80000/-, 50 per cent of the construction cost to the small marginal farmers, maximum of Rs.80000/- and 75 per cent of the construction cost to the farmers of A.J./A.J. is currently prevalent.
Start of the Scheme The scheme is operated from 25th May 2007.
Beneficiary Selection Process The registration arrangement will be in line with the farm pond scheme and the first will be on the first pavement. Construction work can be made by the farmers from the back loan or from the own financial instruments.
Eligible interest The scheme is operated for all class farmers.
Central and State The scheme is funded.
Process of Planning Implementation For construction of Balram Tal on the farm of the agriculture, technical approval will be provided by the sub-conductor agriculture submitted by the Surveyor Agriculture Development Officer of the Land Protection Sub-section of the District and the construction work will be carried out by the agriculture after receiving administrative approval from the District Panchayat. The construction work will be evaluated by the Land Conservation Amla, the process of providing grants within 30 days depending on the assessment.
