Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today released the 17th installment of about Rs. 20,000 crore under PM-Kisan in Varanasi and provided certificates to more than 30,000 self-help groups as a Agriculture Statistics. On the occasion, Shri Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Smt. Anandiben Patel, Union Minister of Agriculture Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan and many other Ministers of State were present.
The Prime Minister greeted the farmers engaged in the programme through the presence and technology at the venue and pointed out that crores have accumulated Rs 20,000 crore in the farmers’ account. He pointed out a strong step towards creating 3 crore ‘Luckwor Didi’ to the Agriculture Sahey initiative. The Prime Minister said that this initiative will assure the source of dignity and income for the beneficiary women. The Prime Minister said, "The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi has emerged as the world’s largest direct profit transfer plan," he said that crores have been transferred over Rs 3.25 lakh crore in the farmers’ bank accounts where Rs 700 crore alone in Varanasi.
During the programme, Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Rural Development, said that Prime Ministers are continually ranked as Prime Minister for the first time. He has a history to become the Prime Minister for the third time from such a majority. Shri Chauhan said the public was given by This mandate is amazing and unprecedented in itself.
Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare said Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy and the farmer is his soul. He said the farmer for us is God and the service of the farmers is similar to the worship of God. The Government of India is constantly engaged in the welfare of farmers. Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that it is a commitment to Prime Minister’s farmers and farming that he first signed the farmer’s honour fund after becoming the Prime Minister i.e. the file that puts money into the farmer’s account and came here today and also made his first event among the farmers.
केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि आज प्रधानमंत्री जी के सिंगल क्लिक से लगभग सवा 9 करोड़ किसानों के खाते में 20,000 करोड़ रुपये डलने के बाद लगभग 3,25,000 करोड़ रुपये अब तक किसानों के खाते में डाल दिए गए हैं। श्री चौहान ने कहा कि किसानों की आय दुगनी करने के रोडमैप पर लगातार काम हुआ है। इसके लिए एक और सिंचाई योजनाओं के माध्यम से नई तकनीक का प्रयोग कर उत्पादन बढ़ाने के प्रयास लगातार जारी हैं तो दूसरी और उत्पादन की लागत घटाने के लिए सरकार अरबों रुपए की सब्सिडी देती है जिससे किसान को सस्ती खाद मिलती है। श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि दुनिया में खाद के दाम आसमान पर हैं, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में सरकार किसानों को सस्ती खाद उपलब्ध करवा रही है।
The Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Rural Development said that the wonderful scheme like Kisan Credit Card has freed the farmer from the clutches of Sahukars and arrange manure and seed from small farmers, Kisan Samman Fund. He said that the minimum support value is fixed by giving the farmers at least 50 per cent benefit at the cost of the crop in all territories as per the decision taken by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Shri Chauhan said that the Prime Minister’s crop insurance scheme has been planned to be compensated in natural calamities, while also efforts on diversification of agriculture
The Union Minister said that our Prime Minister believes that this earth is not only for us but also for the coming generations. If the use of uncontrolled insecticide and manure caused this earth, then the generations that come will remain on this earth. He said Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has launched a natural farming campaign to deal with it. Shri Chauhan said that the Department of Agriculture will work day and night and the Prime Minister will not leave any stone in the welfare of farmers led by Shri Narendra Modi.
Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the Prime Minister has a resolution of three crore Lakshmi Didi making about one crore Lakshmi Didi. There is an amplitude of the same to the agriculture that has also been distributed certificates today. He said these are our sisters who have been trained to support farmers in their work. 34,000 sisters have been trained yet. The Union Minister said that these agricultural assets will be able to collaborate with the farmer on one hand, and increase their income on the other hand. He said that all these efforts will continue for the welfare of farmers.
