- Drink only hot water every day.
- Keep in touch with Heeng, Celery, Clove’s Potli and keep sniffing at minutes.
- Take the steam twice a day.
- Take golden milk twice a day.
- Take two drops of molecule oil, sarso oil, coconut oil in the nose while sleeping at night.
- Take a pure or ammunicable chemical.
- Drink ayush decoction (balancet, round pepper, snot and cinnamon) twice a day.
- Gilóy, Ashwagandha, Panchkol is also beneficial.
- Green tea is also beneficial.
- Make yoga for 30 minutes daily, include pranayama and meditation,
- Sleep well. Do not get out of the unnecessary house, do not use a mask.
Include it in food
Definitely include turmeric, cumin, coriander and garlic etc in your food. Green shak vegetable, also give preference to fruit kae, it helps strengthen your immune system.
