Objective- Individuals who have contributed to the development of art and literature, but are viable and to the concerns of writers and artists who have left helpless to their families, bringing monthly financial assistance.
Formation of the Scheme and Workbench- In this scheme, the natives of Madhya Pradesh are more than 60 years of age, individuals who have significant contributions to the field of art or literature, traditional discrepancy or death of such persons, their widow wife, minor children and senior parents in particular circumstances, minor siblings are given financial assistance. The amount of Financial Assistance will be from Rs.800 to Rs.1500, which is paid by the concerned District Chief Executive Officer Office District Panchayat by Nagad, or Demand Draft or MoneyRadar.
Eligible interest- Residents of Madhya Pradesh who are above 60 years of age or dependent on them. Monthly income from all means of the applicant is not more than Rs. 1500 for the individual alone, Rs. 2000 for two-member family and Rs. 3000 for three or more member family.
Selection of interest- The District Collector shall send its recommendations to the District Level Committee on the applications received from his district to the Director, Directorate of Culture, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal on which the decision of financial assistance is taken by the State Government. The rule in special cases can also make a decision after necessary investigation.
Process of Planning Implementation- The applicant must submit the application form to the collector of his district in the prescribed form. The concerned collector will send his clear greetings to the Directorate of Culture, including his/her presided committee and his/her presidency to the committee constituted under his/her presidency.

Help with Madhya Pradesh artist welfare fund
Objective- To provide financial assistance in the event of prolonged and severe illness, accident, death or divine property of the State’s Literatures#Artists or their family members.
Formation of the Scheme and Workbench- Funds are governed by grants received from governance and donations given by artists, literatures and institutions. There is provision to provide assistance from Rs 500 to Rs 5000.
Eligible interest- The natives of Madhya Pradesh are individuals who have contributed to the field of art or literature and who are not employees of Government Employees or Individuals.
Procedure for selection and planning of the beneficiary- The decision of assistance is made by the committee constituted under the Chairmanship of Secretary, Culture on the applications received to the Department of Sancharak, Culture, Directorate of Operations, Bhopal# Culture in the prescribed form. The rule will also make decisions after necessary investigations in particular cases. The Minister of Culture has the right to approve the assistance in anticipation of the approval of the Committee upon urgent need.
