The High Jurisdiction Legal Service Committee working under the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Service Authority, District Legal Service Authority and Tehsil Legal Services Committees are given free legal assistance in all courts to persons eligible under the poor, helpless, victim and act or cases submitted by them in the Court.
How to get a person
A person can get legal help# advice
1. Who is of the unnouned caste,
2. A person who is suffering from the abuse of the people, or who is being guarded.
3. Women, be a child.
4. A person who is mentally unhealthy or otherwise unable or unqualified. Unqualified implies: -
a. Blindness
b. Weakness appear
c. which is leprosy
d. Low-stitch
D. Which can’t last
f. Who is mentally ill
5. A person who is alerted by multi-destruction, ethnic violence or ethnic tyranny is suffering from natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, droughts, etc.
6. Person who is industrial workers (works in factory, company)
7. A person who is captive.
8. A person who is not more than Rs 50 thousand years old.
What kind of legal assistance is found
Persons with legal assistance whose episode is running or running in court may be in the case: -

6. Decision#The entire expense of obtaining a certified copy of the order and other papers.

The above-mentioned legal assistance is provided from the Tehsil Court to all the courts of District level #authors in the High Courts and the Supreme Court.
Family Dispute Resolution Centre Scheme
Under this scheme, disputes arising out of family members such as family property, fill nutrition, safety of children. These types of family disputes are diagnosed by family dispute resolution centres established at district and tehsil level based on mutual agreement in a harmonious environment. Application can be given to the District Legal Assistance Officer in the district in this regard. The agreement made by these centres is kept secret which does not stumble in respect of the family.
District Legal Consulting Centre Scheme
District Legal Consultation Centre is employed in District Legal Service Authority Office established at District Court Complex in each district. The District Legal Consultation Centre does not know its duty and authority due to the rudeness and ignorance and deprives of the information of its legal and legal rights. Or those who are diagnosed with a legal consultation.
Legal Assistance Advocate Scheme in Magistrate Courts
The scheme is applicable in the Magistrate Courts established at each District and Tehsil level. Under this, a legal assistance is provided by the District Legal Service Authority for lobbying and submitting application for submission of free instructions in the Magistrate Courts to the erstwhile offees. Any person can automatically or by his relative by applying the Magistrate or District Legal Assistance Officer sitting in the Court.

This clinic is working in Madhya Pradesh High Court’s main back Jabalpur and both its Khandpeeth Indore and Gwalior with free legal assistance and advice on their problems to the people who are responsible for the appropriate address meeting in the day of working in the high court building.
Offence against workers – Cell
Influential implementation of labour, methods, protection of workers workers, discrimination of the prescribed wages, discrimination against women workers and preventing them from sexual harassment and preventing children from acting as a labourer, and to judge the interest, the crime-in-Chairman has been constituted under the chairmanship of the District Judge in each district of the state. Any person who is suffering from injustice or tyranny or discriminates him or she is discriminating, may apply for receiving justice and protecting his rights to the said court.
