Objective- There are a lot of services associated with common citizens, for whom they have to wander in different offices and are often stumbled by brokers. The main reason is not to be clear in the process of acquiring various government services in citizens. In each district in the first phase by the State Government to address these problems.‘Samadhan One Day – Jan Facilitation Centre’ Installed. In the future, the scheme will be expanded to the Tehsil and Block level.
Plan Process- It has been made more influential and useful using modern information technology in the operation of the Jan Facilitation Centre. The information of the certificate will be provided not only in the Public Facilitation Centre, but also in the submission of various applications to the common citizens. It is also an effort to provide facilities like preparation and banking in the public facility centre.
Public Facilitation Centre 1. The certificate will be issued on the same day by testing the applications received by the District for the period of time. If there is a decrease in the application, the letter will be issued by the reasons for the reduction. 2. After the prescribed period, the Citizens who submit the application in the office time will be given the certificate on the next day. 3. The form of application will be available to the citizen at the visitor desk of the Jan Facilitation Counter, with which the list of attachments required. 4. Assistance is also provided in the centre to fill the application form.
5. Equivalent fee (by districts) has been set for arrangement of application form, tokens etc. so that the arrangements are funded.
Services to be made available from the Jan-Summa Centre- Though the services provided from the ‘Jan Suvidha Kendra’ established in each district are determined based on the need and resources available to the district, the services provided mainly by these centres are as follows:
1. Original Resident Certificate, 2. Temporary Caste Certificate. 3. Marriage Registration Certificate under the Hindu Marriage Act. 4. Birth# Death Certificate. 5. Shop, renewal of registration of establishment of the Institute, 6. Renovation of grant under food implication, 7. Copy of measles and B-1, 8. Certificate of BPL List. 9. Bababaki (No-dues) Certificate. 10. Attestation, 11, Duplicate Ration Card, 12. Learning Driving License (where possible), 13. Swearing Test (by Notary), 14. Verified copy of voter list.
