Workers for polling, labourers will get ignitant leave

All the workers in Madhya Pradesh have been sanctioned for them with an aim to facilitate voting on 28 November. Every person engaged in all business, business, industrial undertaking or any other establishment employed in all the assembly constituency of the state, as per the laborious of the state, is likely to vote for the daily wages or the casual workers category. If the worker is employed in an industry or establishment that is out of the assembly area where the general elections are being, he will also have the eligibility of the individual leave for voting.

If the person is employed in such actions, from the absence of which there may be a threat or a moral loss, then this provision on it will not apply. Yet such individuals should be facilitated in turn for voting, but it is noted that the facility is of such a way that it can use their franchise.

Managers and Planners of all business, business, industrial undertakings or other establishments have been guided by the Labour Commissioner to provide all categories of workmen with ease of use in assembly elections and to ensure a convenient and no barrier.

If the above provision is violated by a employer, a penalty of Rs.500 on it and a penalty against it will also be taken under Section 188 of the Indian Code. It can be administered by both imprisonment or penalty for one month.
