What is the farmer’s problem in your eyes?
The problem of farmers in my eyes is not to be economic, social, political, cultural and family regeneration. The problem will remain until the farmer is enriched on all these aspects. Increasing agricultural costs will be the economic basis of farmers. On the basis of agricultural production, the prosperity of this country is built. The country has a population of 82 per cent of the farmers, yet the farmers are economical, socially and politically backward. Man has laid the farmers’ problem in front of the Government of India. The Government is conscious and is working in keeping with the issue.

The farmer is a producer that produces to meet the entirety of life. Grain, milk yogurt, ghee, fruit vegetable farmer makes products, but the concern is that the farmer himself cannot decide the price of his product while the factory producer decides the price of his product itself. The sugar mill owner decides both sugar cane and sugar prices. In the same way the farmer produces cotton, the textile mill owner determines both cotton and textile prices. In such a farmer does not decide the price of his own production, it is a irony.
To enhance the income of farmers, Government of India is taking such initiatives that farmers can increase their cost by reducing tax production. Farmers use Neem Coated Urea to avoid using excess pesticide drugs. The Government is making irrigation paths easier by solar panel to reduce its cost by saving diesel, petrol and electricity. Agriculture as well as farmers can increase their income by animal husbandry. The Government has also run various schemes to double the income of farmers with the benefit of which farmers can increase their income.
Women’s agricultural work has great cooperation but their name never remains on top. Why do you do so?
कृषि कार्य में महिलाओं का हमेशा से सहयोग है और वर्तमान में भी कृषि क्षेत्र में महिलाओं की भागीदारी बहुत है। हां, हम यह कह सकते हैं कि महिलाएं ट्रैक्टर नहीं चला सकती हैं या भारी काम नही कर सकती हैं, लेकिन कृषि के अन्य कामों को महिलाएं ही करती हैं। कई जगह महिलाएं ही खेती कर रही हैं। खेती हमारे परिवार का आधार है और परिवारवाद हमारे ही देश में मिलता है। विदेशों में परिवार क्या है यह कोई नहीं जानता। संयुक्त परिवार की झलक अभी भी हमारे देश में देखने को मिल जाती है। परिवार का हिस्सा होने के नाते महिलाओं का सहयोग परिवार बनाने से लेकर खेती करने व पशुपालन करने तक होता है। हमारी कोशिश महिलाओं को प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना से जोड़ कर एक रोजगार पैदा करना है जिससे वे घर के कामों से खाली हो कुछ अतिरिक्त पैसा कमा सकें।
