Training of Artisans1 to 6 months of training from 1 to 6 months of radio, TV, electrical equipment, mobile, cycle repair, motor biding, sewing, spinning, weaving, computer, artificial ornament, stone harvesting, detergent cake, powder, papad, large, seasoning, pickling, turba, glass, jute, material, Dona Pattaal, Leather Goods, footwear, candle, teatplate and herb collection etc. are given in Indore and districts, training institute of Khadi Board. Rs. 800/- per month in residential training to the trainees and Rs. 600/- per month scholarship in non-residential training.

Family Installation of the original unit- 50% of the project cost or a maximum of Rs.25,000/- whichever is less grant is given to the beneficiaries living under the poverty line inhabiting the village and Nagar Panchayat area for self-employed. The balance is sanctioned as loan from banks. The application submitted by the beneficiary is recommended to banks by the Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat. Grants are sanctioned by the committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Executive Officer after sanction of the Bank.

Margin Money Plan- Financing is made available for setting up Village Industries in rural areas with population up to 20000 for self-employment. 25% of the project cost of up to Rs.10 lakh is given to the beneficiary of the general category as margin money/request. Margin money amount for projects of more than one lakh and up to 25 lakhs is 25 per cent and ten per cent of the balance cost. Margin money amount up to Rs.30 per cent in the project for the interests of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Women, Disabled, Ex-Servicemen and Minority Community. Malabri Silk Development & Extension Scheme-Interests interested in employment through silk production are given free mulberry plants and technical guidance for planting mulberry seedlings on sintered land up to a half/acre maximum of 5 acres of their own private ownership. Tool kits of Rs. 1750/- are given on a single plant. Cost for construction of farm building is Rs.1.00 lakh, Rs.50 thousand, Rs.20 thousand 50% grant. 50% grant of Rs.48,000/- per hectare for drip irrigation equipment is given. The scheme is mainly applicable in Hoshangabad, Mandala, Balaghat, Narsinghpur, Vidisha and Rajgarh.

Iris Silk Development & Extension Program- Interests wishing for employment generation through silk insect husbandry on the plant of Ardi are given under special project for planting and determination of acre castor seed for Rs.3000/- for farming and construction of Rs.4000/- for farming and Rs.10000/- for farming of farming for minimum 5 years. Rs. 23750/- is assisted for half-acre plant planting in the Upgradation Development Program.

Integrated Tusar Silk Development & Expansion- Basik Seeds are made available free of charge for Tsar farming on plants of Arjuna, shared in the forest areas of Balaghat, Sahni, Mandala, Narsinghpur, Straight and Zubua of the state. Tsar Kakuan, stored by the beneficiaries, is purchased at the prescribed rates.

Welfare Package (Health Insurance Scheme)-Weaving handlooms can benefit the health insurance scheme at least 50 per cent of their income from weaving. The annual insurance premium in this scheme is Rs 1000/-. Rs. 800/- per annum by the Government of India, Rs. 100/- per annum by the State Government and Rs. 100 per annum. Four members of the insurance weaver family (President, wife and two children) receive a benefit of Rs. 15000/- per annum, with maternity benefit of Rs. 2500/- (up to two children). Rs. 250/- for eye check for tooth use Rs. 75/- for specs Rs. 250/- at hospital
Rs.4000/- ayurvedic, Greek, Hamyopathy treatment for Rs.4000/- per child coverage Rs.500/- OPD Rs.7500/- and per illness Rs.7500/-.

knitting, textiles, dermatitis, printing similar to wood
50 per cent of building, plant, machinery cost for other industries is given a maximum of Rs 1.00 lakh. The balance itself is to be obtained from the bank as a loan.

Training Plan-Interests interested in bio-engineering through handloom textile weaving and craft production are given basic training and traditional and pre-trained weavers and crafts for up to 6 months. Rs.350/- per month in basic training and Rs.500/- per month scholarship is given in advanced training. This training programme is conducted in traditional crafts and handloom clusters.

Advanced Providing of Equipment- Advanced tools and tools are provided on grants to traditional and trained weavers and crafts. The maximum range of equipment for weavers is Rs.10,000/- and maximum ceiling for crafts is Rs.5,000/-. A tool for the general class beneficiaries is provided at 75% grant and 100 percent grant to the stakeholders of SC and ST.

Marketing Help- To inform crafts and weavers with market demand and prevalent designs, the Corporation is taken to participate in the metropolis outside the state and in the craft markets and exhibitions held abroad. In these exhibits, they can sell their products directly to the customer and sell their products when they are directly contacted by the merchant/exporters.
