Post Metric Scholarship
Objective- To provide financial assistance to students of backward classes studying in class 11th 12th and college, business and technical courses.
Formation of the Scheme and Workbench- Scholarships are paid to eligible students at prescribed rates. For hostels and non-dormitory students, the rates for maintenance allowance are set differently. The scope of the scheme is the entire Madhya Pradesh.
Eligible interest- For the entire academic session, the students of the backward class studying in Class 11th 12th and Collegine, Vocational and Technical Courses are resident of the Madhya Pradesh and whose parents’ annual income is less than Rs 75000#- from all sources. Full maintenance allowance and half fee will be payable if annual income is from Rs.75000 to 150000#-
Beneficial Selection Process- The applications received from the students, in which the caste and income certificates are attached, are selected as per eligibility.
Procedure of Implementation- The scholarship amount is distributed by the Bank through the Head of the Teaching Institution.

Objective- To provide residential facility to students from Class 6 to 10 of Banjara caste.
Formation of the Scheme and Workbench- This scheme is an individual with residential facility as well as backward class students are provided with a specialty of Rs 250#- per student per month. This scheme is operated at the sole Khargun District Headquarters.

State Level Examination Former Training Centre, Bhopal
Objective- To provide training to backward class competitors for pre-preparation of civil service examination conducted by M.P. Public Service Commission.
Scheme Form and Workbench The facility of housing is provided to the male trainees. Hostel of 100 seats is approved at the centre. Apprenticeship is provided to the selected candidates at the rate of Rs 250 per month in the training period. The scope of the scheme is the entire Madhya Pradesh.
Eligible interest- Middle class graduates whose family annual income is not more than Rs 36000#-
Beneficial Selection Process- Inviting applications by advertising in newspapers, after this, the Commissioner is selected on the basis of faculty wise merit by the Committee constituted by the Backward Class Welfare, MP.
Process of Planning Implementation- The course of the subjects related by the experienced and expert guest lecturers of various colleges is given as follows training.
1. For Preliminary Examination – 6 months
2. For Main Exam – Two months

Objective- To provide examination pre-training for preparation of entrance examinations in medical, agriculture and engineering colleges.
Scheme Form and Workbench Candidates are facilitated training at Divisional District Headquarters. Each district has an arrangement of training to 120 candidates.
Eligible interest- M.P. resident backward class students who have received at least 60 percent marks in class 11th examination and whose family annual income is not more than Rs 25,000#-
Beneficial Selection Process- Application forms are invited through advertising in local newspapers. Selected as per eligibility after testing the application form.
Process of Planning Implementation- This training is provided by experienced and expert lecturers in the direction of the Principal of Government Science College, located at the Divisional District Headquarters. The training period is fixed for two months.

Self Employment Scheme of M.P. Backward Class and Minority Finance & Development Corporation
Objective- To provide loans at the following rate of interest to set up their self-employment to address economic difficulties coming in the skill and development of the poorer vaginal and minority class.
Scheme Form and Workbench Loans are sanctioned by the Corporation to be eligible under the following areas: -
(a) Agriculture Sector
(b) Handcrafted and Traditional Business
(c) Technical Business
(d) Small Business
(e) Transport Sector
Up to five lakh loans sanctioned by the Corporation are charged at six per cent annual interest. The scope of the scheme is the entire Madhya Pradesh.
Eligible interest- Individuals of the backward class who live under the poverty line and under the Dowry Poverty Line can avail this scheme.
Beneficial Selection Process- All loans of the Corporation are sanctioned to the beneficiaries from the Latary page on recommendation of the subcommittee of the District Planning Committee formed in the district through the District Collector.

Provisional Scholarship Scheme
Objective- To provide economic assistance to the students with the highest number of students in Class 5th and 8th of the backward class in each district of the state.
Scheme Form and Workbench The selected student is provided for a period of Rs 40 per month and the selected student for 10 months at a rate of Rs 50 per month. The scope of the scheme is the entire Madhya Pradesh.

Student House Scheme
Objective- To provide housing facility for students studying in backward class postmetric classes.
Scheme Form and Workbench Students of the backward class who come to study at the divisional headquarters from the remote zones and who do not have any means of accommodation are provided under the scheme. Each student has the provision to maintain at least five students in the house. The rent of the building, electricity and water payables will be paid by the Department. The work of the scheme is placed in the Divisional District Headquarters of the State.
Eligible interest- Students studying in post-metric classes of backward class whose parents’ annual income of parents will be eligible for the scheme not exceeding Rs 25000 from all sources.
Beneficial Selection Process- Students eligible to avail the benefit of the student house scheme have to submit the application in the office of Assistant Commissioner# District Convener, Tribal, Scheduled Caste and Backward Class Welfare through the Principal of their institution. After examining the applications received by the District Magistrate, the student house is arranged.

1. योजना की पात्रता के लिये मध्यप्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग की सिविल सेवा परीक्षा में अभ्यर्थी के माता-पिता#अभिभावक की आय रु. 25,000#- से अधिक न हो।
2. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की सिविल सेवा परीक्षा के लिये प्रोत्साहन राशि प्राप्त करने के लिये आय सीमा का बंधन नहीं होगा।
Beneficial Selection Process- सिविल सेवा परीक्षाओं के प्रत्येक स्तर पर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने पर अभ्यार्थियों को संबंधित जिले के सहायक आयुक्त#जिला संयोजक, आदिम जाति, अनुसूचित जाति एवं पिछड़ा वर्ग कल्याण के कार्यालय में निर्धारित प्रपत्र में आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत करने पर नियमानुसार प्रोत्साहन राशि का भुगतान किया जावेगा। अर्हताकारी परीक्षा के परिणाम घोषित होने के एक वर्ष के बाद प्रस्तुत आवेदनों पर कोई विचार नहीं किया जावेगा।
विद्यार्थी कल्याण योजना
Objective- आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर पिछड़ा वर्ग के विद्यार्थियों की विशिष्ट परिस्थितियों में आकस्मिक आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति के लिये सहायता प्रदान करना।
Formation of the Scheme and Workbench- योजना में निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में सहायता देना शामिल है-
– आकस्मिक विपत्ति में सहायता।
– विशेष रूप से पीड़ित होने पर रोग निवारण हेतु सहायता
– गरीब विद्यार्थियों को गणवेश का प्रदाय।
– विद्यार्थी की विशेष अभिरूचि को प्रोत्साहन देने हेतु सहायता।
– विद्यार्थी के कल्याण से संबंधित विभिन्न अन्य कार्यक्रमों हेतु सहायता।
Eligible interest- पिछड़ा वर्ग के कक्षा 6 से मैट्रिकोत्तर पाठयक्रमों में अध्ययनरत वे विद्यार्थी जिनके माता-पिता#अभिभावक की मासिक आय रुपये 1000#- से अधिक न हो को इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने की पात्रता होगी।
Beneficial Selection Process- सहायता प्राप्त करने के इच्छुक विद्यार्थियों से निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र में जिसमें जाति और आय प्रमाण पत्र संलग्न किए गए हो एवं शाला प्रमुख द्वारा अनुशंसा की गई हो, के आधार पर सहायता राशि की स्वीकृति नियमानुसार की जावेगी।
Process of Planning Implementation- शिक्षण संस्था प्रमुख के माध्यम से विद्यार्थी द्वारा सीधे सहायक आयुक्त#जिला संयोजक आदिम जाति कल्याण कार्यालय में आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है।
उच्च शिक्षा के लिए विदेश अध्ययन छात्रवृत्ति
(वर्ष 2007-2008 से प्रारंभ)
योजना का उद्देश्य- योजना का उद्देश्य चयनित पिछड़ा वर्ग के विद्यार्थियों को विदेशों में विशिष्ट क्षेत्रों में स्नातकोत्तर स्तर के पाठयक्रमों#शोध, उपाधि (पी.एच.डी.) एवं शोध उपाधि उपरांत शोध कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान किया जाना है।
पात्रता की शर्तें- 1. शोध उपाधि उपरांत अध्ययन हेतु- संबंधित स्नातकोत्तर परीक्षा में प्रथम श्रेणी अथवा 60 प्रतिशत अंक या उसके समतुल्य श्रेणी (ग्रेड) एवं संबधित क्षेत्र में अनुभव के साथ शोध उपाधि (पी.एच.डी.)। 2. शोध उपाधि (पी.एच.डी.) हेतु-संबंधित स्नातकोत्तर परीक्षा में प्रथम श्रेणी अथवा 60 प्रतिशत अंक या उसके समतुल्य श्रेणी एवं संबंधित क्षेत्र में दो वर्ष का अध्यापन#शोध#व्यवसायिक अनुभव#एम.फिल उपाधि। 3. स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि हेतु- स्नातक उपाधि में प्रथम श्रेणी अथवा 60 प्रतिशत अंक या उसके समतुल्य श्रेणी (ग्रेड)।
आयु- आवेदन दिये जाने वाले वर्ष की एक जनवरी को 35 वर्ष से कम विशेष प्रकरणों में समिति द्वारा 10 वर्षों तक शिथिलनीय।
आय सीमा- नियोजित उम्मीदवार की अथवा उसके माता पिता#अभिभावक की सभी स्रोतों से कुल आय क्रीमिलेयर हेतु निर्धारित आय सीमा से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिये।
एक परिवार में एक अभ्यार्थी एवं एक बार छात्रवृत्ति- किन्हीं माता पिता अथवा अभिभावक के एक से अधिक बच्चों को छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त करने की पात्रता नहीं होगी। छात्रवृत्ति केवल एक बार ही देय होगी।

दिल्ली छात्रगृह योजना
योजना का उद्देश्य- मध्यप्रदेश के ऐसे पिछड़ा वर्ग छात्र-छात्राओं के लिये आवासीय व अन्य सुविधायें जैसे-पानी, विद्युत व्यय की प्रतिपूर्ति, शिष्यवृत्ति आदि की सुविधायें उपलब्ध कराना है, जो दिल्ली स्थित उच्च शिक्षा संस्थाओं में अध्ययनरत है।
क्षेत्र- छात्र गृह की सुविधा केवल दिल्ली महानगर में अध्ययनरत मध्यप्रदेश के पिछड़ा वर्ग छात्र-छात्राओं के लिये ही सीमित होगी।
पात्रता की शर्तें- इस योजना की पात्रता के लिये छात्र-छात्राओं को मध्यप्रदेश का मूल निवासी होना अनिवार्य है। छात्र-छात्रायें पिछड़ा वर्ग की होना आवश्यक है। छात्र-छात्राओं को स्नातक (प्रथम वर्ष) तथा उसके ऊपर की कक्षाओं या व्यावसायिक पाठयक्रमों में शासकीय अथवा मान्यता प्राप्त अशासकीय संस्थाओं में अध्ययनरत#प्रवेशित होना अनिवार्य होगा। छात्र-छात्राओं को पोस्टमैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त करने की पात्रता हो अर्थात छात्र-छात्राओं के माता-पिता#अभिभावक की वार्षिक आय रुपये 100000#- (एक लाख) से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिये। मध्यप्रदेश में स्थित किसी शिक्षण संस्था से कक्षा 12वीं की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले विद्यार्थी ही इस योजना का लाभ ले सकेंगे।
प्रवेश प्रणाली- प्रवेश देने के लिये विशेष आयुक्त मध्यप्रदेश नई-दिल्ली सक्षम होंगे।
छात्रों को देय सुविधायें- दिल्ली महानगर में छात्र-गृह योजना अंतर्गत छात्र-छात्राओं को निम्नानुसार सुविधायें प्राप्त होंगी:-
- किराया- प्रति छात्र प्रतिमाह अधिकतम रुपये 1000#- 12 माह हेतु।
- पानी एवं विद्युत व्यय- प्रति छात्र प्रतिमाह रु. 50#- 12 माह हेतु।
- शिष्यवृत्ति- प्रति छात्र प्रतिमाह रु. 500#- 12 माह हेतु।
- एक मुश्त अनुदान- प्रति विद्यार्थी रु. 2000#- केवल एक बार प्रवेश के समय।
पोस्टमैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति के लिये पात्र विद्यार्थियों को छात्रावासी दर से अनुरक्षण व्यय प्राप्त होगा एवं उन्हें शिष्यवृत्ति प्राप्त करने की पात्रता नहीं होगी।
पिछड़े वर्ग के बालक-बालिकाओं
हेतु छात्रावास योजना
Objective- प्रदेश के पिछड़े वर्ग के बालक को संभाग स्तर पर तथा बालिकाओं को जिला स्तर पर शिक्षा जारी रखने हेतु आवासीय सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से संभाग स्तर पर 100 सीटर बालक छात्रावास एवं जिला स्तर पर 50 सीटर बालिका छात्रावास।
शिष्यवृत्ति- छात्रावास में प्रवेशित छात्र को प्रतिमाह राशि रु. 250#- तथा छात्राओं को रुपये प्रतिमाह राशि 260#- शिष्यवृत्ति प्रदान की जावेगी।
प्रवेश पात्रता- छात्र-छात्रा को उसी जिले की शिक्षण संस्था का नियमित विद्यार्थी होना आवश्यक है।

बेरोजगार युवक-युवतियों के लिये रोजगार प्रशिक्षण
Objective- पिछड़े वर्ग के बेरोजगार युवक-युवतियों के व्यवसाय में कुशलता लाने हेतु रोजगारोन्मुखी प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना।
Scheme Form and Workbench पात्र बेरोजगार युवक-युवतियों को राष्ट्रीय एवं राज्य स्तर के प्रशिक्षण केन्द्रों में प्रतिष्ठित औद्योगिक संस्थाओं द्वारा वांछित तकनीकी कौशल के स्तर का प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जावेगा।
Eligible interest- इस योजना के अंतर्गत 18 से 35 वर्ष आयु सीमा के बेरोजगार युवक युवतियां पात्र होंगी जिनके माता पिता एवं अभिभावक की वार्षिक आय पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति के लिये निर्धारित आय सीमा के अंतर्गत है।
Selection Process- प्रशिक्षण संस्था, प्रशिक्षणार्थी एवं उसके लिये ट्रेड का चयन निर्धारित प्रक्रिया से किया जावेगा।
प्रशिक्षणार्थी को देय सुविधाएं- प्रस्तावित प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम पर प्रतिवर्ष, प्रति विद्यार्थी अधिकतम एक लाख का व्यय संभावित है। इस व्यय में प्रशिक्षण शुल्क के साथ आवास एवं भोजन की व्यवस्था आदि भी सम्मिलित है।
