The scheme is governed by the Government of India under the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005, with inefficient labourers guaranteed employment of 100 days in a financial year.
Scheme Objective Increasing livelihood protection of adult members wishing to carry out unskilled labour (metry) of families residing in the rural area is the objective of this scheme. The scheme is applicable in 31 districts of Madhya Pradesh including Jhabua, Mandala, Umaria, Shahdol, Badwani, Kharagon, Shivapuri, Straight, Teakgarh, Balaghat, Chhatarpur, Baitul, Khandwa, Shayopur, Dhar, Sahni, Duri, Satna, Anuppur, Ashok Nagar, Burhanpur, Chhindwara, Datiya, Damoh, Dewas, Bara, Harida, Katani, Panna, Rajgarh and Reva.
Scheme The characters Adult members of each family living in the rural area.
Scheme Implementation Process- The interested family will have to register the family in Gram Panchayat. Gram Panchayat will provide free jobcards to the registered family. Employment will be made available within 15 days on application of employment by the job card holder. Preference will be given to women under this Act.
Scheme Under wages- The wages shall be employed by the labourer at the prescribed rate for agricultural workers or by the Central Government at the prescribed rate for this Act. The wages will be paid weekly, under no circumstances will it be delayed more than 15 days.
Scheme Specification of- Unemployment Allowance- If an applicant is not provided employment within 15 days, he will be eligible for unemployment allowance. Unemployment allowance will be given at a quarter of minimum wages for the first 30 days and a half of minimum wages for the remaining days. Facilities at Workplace Drinking water, medicines for short-thick turmoneys and the zoo will be arranged if there are more than 5 children under the age of 6 years of labour at work. Accident compensation- The amount prescribed will be paid upto Rs. 25000/- or by the State Government if the death or permanently abrupt during the work of a labourer.
Scheme Formation of functions of Beneficiary Development Work- Irrigation facility, horticulture and land development facility will be undertaken under the scheme for self-agricultural land of the stakeholders of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes or Families below poverty line.
Kannada Plan- पर्यावरणीय स्थिरता और ग्रामीणों के लिये आय सृजन का स्थायी स्रोत उपलब्ध कराने के लिये संचालित की गई। योजना के तहत ऐसे हितग्राही जो अपनी निजी भूमि पर उद्यानिकी प्रजाति का वृक्षारोपण करने के लिये इच्छुक हैं उनको रोजगार की माँग के साथ ग्राम पंचायत में आवेदन करना होगा। ग्राम पंचायत प्राप्त प्रस्तावों को ग्राम सभा में प्रस्तुत करेगी। ग्रामसभा वृक्षारोपण की सिंचाई हेतु पर्याप्त व्यवस्था वाले प्रस्तावों को प्रथम प्राथमिकता और जिनके पास सिंचाई व्यवस्था नहीं है उनको सशर्त द्वितीय प्राथमिकता क्रम में रखेगी, जिसमें कपिलधारा योजना के प्रावधानों के तहत सिंचाई सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना शामिल होगा। परियोजना के लिये राशि की कोई सीमा बंधनकारी नहीं है।
Kapildar Scheme- कृषि उत्पादन में सुनिश्चितता और कृषकों की आजीविका में गुणात्मक सुधार के लिये कपिलधारा योजना संचालित की गई है। योजना के तहत हितग्राही परिवार को कृषि भूमि हेतु सिंचाई सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जायेगी। योजना में नवीन कुंआ-भूजल पुनर्भरण की व्यवस्था के साथ, खेत-तालाब, मैसेनरी चैक डेम, स्टाप डेम, आर.एम.एस. और लघु तालाब निर्माण का प्रावधान है। योजना के तहत ऐसे हितग्राही परिवार का चयन किया जायेगा, जिनके स्वामित्व वाली कृषि भूमि में पानी का स्रोत उपलब्ध नहीं है। हितग्राही परिवार का एक सदस्य न्यूनतम पाँचवीं कक्षा पास होना अनिवार्य है, किन्तु सहरिया, बैगा, भारिया जनजातियों के लिये यह मानदण्ड लागू नहीं होगा। योजना से लाभान्वित होने के लिये हितग्राही को ग्राम पंचायत में आवेदन देना होगा, इसमें प्रस्तावित कार्य के आकार का भी अनुमानित विवरण देना होगा। प्राप्त प्रस्तावों का ग्राम पंचायत की बैठक में अनुमोदन किया जायेगा, जिसका जनपद पंचायत एवं जिला पंचायत द्वारा अनुमोदन कराया जाना अनिवार्य है।
Community Development Work- Under the scheme, the provisions of the Community Development Work have been made. Under this, there is provision for the work of rural road connectivity as water conservation and enrichment, drought prevention, deforestation/ defence, canals for irrigation, short and medium irrigation work, conventional flood control/security, drainage in water congestion areas and twelve masi roads.
Scheme Benefits of interest in- The right to develop irrigation facility, horticulture and land to the beneficiaries under the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Poverty Line, the beneficiaries of land reform and under the Indira Housing Scheme. The right to obtain employment of 100 days in any period in a financial year. Officer of unemployment allowances on not getting the task. Officer of Indemnity on accident at the workplace. Right to meet wages.
Indira Housing Scheme
Objective- To provide housing facility to housingless families living below poverty line in rural area.
Format of Scheme- The Scheme Centre is promoted in which 75 per cent amount is made by the Government of India and 25 per cent of the State Government. District wise amount is determined by the Government of India. Accommodation is constructed by self-beneficiary Gram Panchayat. The chair area of the housing (carpet area) is required to be 20sqm. 60 percent of the plan’s resources are the provision of use for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes, 40 per cent of the general class and 3 per cent of disabilities.
As a priority woman in the Indira Awas Yojana, the name of the joint spouse is also mandatory for the construction of clean toilets and smokeless stoves with accommodation.
English Beneficiary- Housingless family living below the poverty line of rural areas.
Interests Selection Process- Under the scheme, the beneficiary will be selected by Gram Sabha. Free bonded labourers Aja/Aja family, soldiers killed in the war/Semi soldier forces widows, disabled and retarded persons, X service men and semi-service forces, family displaced by the development project will be given priority to the family suffering from natural disasters such as flood, earthquake, fire etc.

Golden Jubilee Village Self Employment Scheme
Objective- To organize self-help groups of families living under the poverty line and provide loans and grants for self-employed by providing loans and grants above the poverty line in a suitable period.
Scheme Format and Vertical- The scheme is applicable in the entire Madhya Pradesh.
English Beneficiary- The selected family living under the poverty line is eligible for assistance under this scheme.
Interests Selection- by Gram Sabha.
