Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath said the state government is going to create new schemes to revolutionize the agriculture sector. He said that farmers and agriculture will not be weakened in Madhya Pradesh. Shri Nath was today distributing certificates and honor papers to farmers in the Jai Kisan Crop Loan Waiver Scheme in Vidisha.
Chief Minister said that loans of 25 lakh farmers are being waived in 3 days to relieve farmers. The government has made a revolutionary decision in the interest of farmers, youth, elders in 70 days of government becoming. Our priority was to free farmers from debt first. We want to empower farmers who are drowned in debt from birth to death. The loan waiver scheme has waived loans up to Rs 2 lakh of both the government defaulter and the current account holder. Make every effort to make the farmer happy while facing every challenge.
The Chief Minister said that in the field of wheat production, we are going to give new features to farmers soon. The trust that the public has expressed will not be broken. One of the promises of the word paper will meet the government.
The Chief Minister distributed certificates and honor papers of crop loan waiver scheme to 12 farmers as a symbol. He provided cheques to the beneficiary of Chief Minister Virgo Marriage/Nice Scheme. Shri Nath laid the foundation stone of 36 Gau-Sala of Vidisha district. 124.57 hectares of land for these cows are reserved for pastures. Gou-story 160.84 hectares will be made on land. Each go-story will have an arrangement of placing 100-100 cows, costing Rs 30 lakh. The Chief Minister also released the asphaltized road from Bassoda of 42 km length costing Rs. 79 lakh 36 thousand.
The loan of 2 lakh 37 thousand 923 farmers has been waived in the Jai Kisan crop loan waiver scheme in Vidisha district. Amount of 162 crore 14 lakh has been deposited in the current account of 57 thousand 885 farmers in the first phase of Rs. 122 crore 52 lakh and the timeless accounts of 27 thousand 263 farmers.
