Courtesy Visit of Farmers Delegation of Gujarat from Governor Smt. Patel
The delegation of 50 farmers from Mehsana (Gujarat) to attend the Soul Project implemented in Madhya Pradesh from Governor Smt. Anandiben Patel today offered courtesy in Raj Bhavan. The Governor said to the farmers to take action of what the soul has learned from the project and also explain to the other farmer brothers.
Governor Smt. Patel discussing farmers that farmers now focus on animal husbandry and other business to increase their income. Adopt agricultural-based industries. Mrs. Patel said that despite the lack of water in Madhya Pradesh, farmers are increasing their income through farming and business related to it. The Governor urged the farmers to execute the Prime Minister’s ‘Betti Save-Betti Read’ slogan.
Mr. Jiganesh Chaudhury, a farmer involved in the delegation, convey his experience about the study of the soul project to the Governor. The Board of Representatives visited Jabalpur, Indore and Dewas and studied efforts to increase the income by farmers in farming as well as other businesses.
