Important Announcements by Chief Minister Shri Chauhan at the Conference of Panchayat Secretaries
Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan announced that the secretaries who have completed a ten-year service on an April 2018 will be given a salary 5200 – 20200 + 2400 grade-pay. Shri Chauhan said the foundation of the rural Madhya Pradesh to the Panchayat secretaries that he will now be given Rs 10 thousand from the appointment date. After two years, they will be given 5200-20200 +1900 grades. Shri Chauhan today was addressing the conference of Panchayat Secretaries at Chief Minister's residence.
Shri Chauhan said that the sisters who are acting as the Panchayat Secretary will be given 180 day maternity leave. The secretary will also be given a 15-day paternity leave. He said the Government is responsible for honouring the Panchayat Secretaries. Secretary is the important part of the government. He said that the Anukanpa appointment for Panchayat Secretaries will now be eligible for an Anukanpa appointment from April 2008. The therapeutic leave of 15 days will be given when the sick is sick. He said that in collaboration with Panchayat secretaries, the photograph of rural Madhya Pradesh will change. Villages will have all the features available in cities.
The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh is due to the hard work of good performance secretaries in the country in rural development plans. He said that the roads a decade ago, drinking water system, residential facilities, the state of the inner streets of the villages was poor. Today, rural Madhya Pradesh is looking for a new round of development. He said that when the government was built, the Panchayat Secretary received Rs 500. Increased Rs 1200 in 2008 and in 2008, the Panchayat Secretaries began to pay regularly. He said that the government has always been with Panchayat Secretary.
Shri Chauhan said that the government is working on the welfare of the poor. The owner of the ground is being built to give housing to the poor. The Prime Minister is at the forefront of Madhya Pradesh in the rural housing scheme. He said that the Chief Minister Antyodaya Awas Yojana will also be helped when the funds are decreased in the construction of rural housings.
मुख्यमंत्री चौहान ने पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग और पंचायत सचिवों की सराहना करते हुए उन्हें बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि सबके सहयोग से ग्रामीण विकास की योजनाओं का और अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से क्रियान्वयन किया जायेगा। स्वच्छ भारत अभियान में भी मध्यप्रदेश पूरे देश में दूसरे स्थान पर है। मनरेगा में 3500 करोड़ रूपये और पंच परमेश्वर योजना में 8000 करोड़ रूपये खर्च किये गये हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पंचायत सचिवों के सहयोग से राज्य संपूर्ण विकास के सपने को पूरा करने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहा है। ग्रामीण मध्यप्रदेश की तस्वीर तेजी से बदल रही है। उन्होंने पंचायत सचिवों से आग्रह किया कि लोगों की सेवा करें और ग्रामीण मध्यप्रदेश में विकास के नये कीर्तिमान स्थापित करने में सहयोग दें।
Shri Gopal Bhargava, Minister of Panchayat and Rural Development said that the schemes of rural development have brought transparency from information technology-based procedures and arrangements. He said that after the announcements made in the interest of the Panchayat secretaries, the injustice that he had historically happened has gone away. He expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister. He said that meeting the duties with the authority is also the moral obligation of the Panchayat Secretaries. Shri Bhargava said that the Madhya Pradesh will continue to progress in the future as far as the rural development is progressed. This requires further strengthening of efforts.
Shri Dinesh Sharma, Chairman of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Secretary Organization, Shri Balmukund Pattidar, Chairman of the Azad Panchayat Secretary Employee Association Shri Haam Singh assumed charge of the Chief Minister on behalf of the Panchayat Secretary.
Chief Minister Shri Chauhan was gifted an image of Mahakal on behalf of the organisations of the secretaries. Shri Shamimuddin expressed gratitude. On this occasion, Shri Ramesh Sharma, Chairman of the State Staff Association, Additional Chief Secretary Panchayat and Rural Development Shri Ekbal Singh Bans, Chief Secretary Chief Minister Shri Ashok Varwal and a large number of secretaries were present.
