80 lakh eligible farmers of the state will benefit from the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. A total of Rs. 6 thousand per annum will be directly credited with the value of Rs. 200/- thousand in three installments in the account of the farmer family eligible in the scheme. The scheme continues to mark the eligible agricultural land holder families.
The tracks have been authorized for smooth implementation of the scheme. The amount is being made available from the value of 18 rupees per land holder family. The list of agri families will be prepared by the Patwaris and laid before the Gram Sabha. After the approval of Gram Sabha, the farmer will be given the benefit of the scheme.
The family who cannot join the list will be able to submit their application before the Patwari/Gram Sabha/Tehsildar. Income Taxpayers/economically compelling farmer families will not get the benefit of this scheme. The goal to mark eligible farmer families will be completed by 20th July 2019.
