Chief Purpose of Pradhanmantri Skill Development Scheme (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) or Skill India Objectives in Hindi

The Prime Minister’s Skill Development Scheme has been launched for the youth. Under this, the Government will provide the job by training the youth. Below is a description of its various objectives.

• Under this scheme, the Government seeks to train at least 24 lakh youth in a variety of technical sectors with a total of Rs 1,500 crore.
• There are many talents in the youth of the country, which are, but they are not able to reach people because they are not able to benefit. The scheme will also be used to bring such skill among people and formally certification.
• The certificate found under this scheme will be valid in all India. So, with a minimum fee, the government will train the youth and provide certificates based on which they can get jobs in private or government sector.
• Under this scheme, the youth will be trained by people with excellent level of experience so that they can have knowledge of their selected area.

  Following are the key features of the Pradhanmantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana.
  • Under this scheme, all kinds of training will be done very well. Different qualifications will be required to get training in different areas. So the qualification will be examined before training in any technical field.
  • All training programs will be undertaken by Sector Skill Council or SSC. All those who train under this council will discharge the rules of NOS and QPS.
  • Training will be given in various schemes of Government of India under this scheme. Various Government Schemes to Youth after Training like Make in India Scheme, Digital India Project, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan The job will be given under etc.
  • Once the training is done, the trained youth will be given Rs 8000 and Course Compliance Certificate. This certificate will be valid at all places but it will have to be passed in the examination at the end of the training to obtain it.
  • One particular point of the scheme is that the brand Ambassador of this scheme Sachin Tendulkar . Sachin Tendulkar is ideal for Indian youth. So the great cricket player Sachin has been selected to encourage youth.

  Qualification for Nomination in Principal Skill Development Scheme (PMKV Eligibility Criteria)

  The eligibility criteria are being described below under the Prime Minister Skill Development Scheme.

• • First of all the beneficiary needs to be a citizen of India to avail this scheme. So the citizen of any state within India can avail it.
  • One of the schemes launched to the applicant is required to register for one year under the scheme. The applicant must have knowledge of the technical field selected by himself.
  • Also, the applicant needs to register under the scheme of one of the leftover schemes.
  • Once the training is completed, the reward will be given as decided by the Government. Sarah Reward will be given at once.

  How to enroll under Pradhanmantri Skill Development Scheme Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana Apply Online

  The applicant has to make his nomination in order to avail the benefit under the Pradhanmantri Vikas Yojana.

  • First, the applicant has to submit the online application form by visiting the formal website of Skill Development Scheme at http://www.pmkvyofficial.org/. The applicant has to fill the name, address, email etc. while submitting the application form. Keep in mind that you have a certificate of residential address such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID or Driving License etc. Fill all the required details carefully.
  • Once the form is filled, the applicant has to select a technical area of his choice, in which he has to take training. There are 35 to 40 technical areas on the website, from which to select the area of your choice. Apart from your preferred area, another additional area is also required to select.
  • The applicant has to select the training center after all the information is filled. Select the centre of training near your accommodation. Then submit the form by clicking the Submit button.

  Procedure under Pradhanmantri Skill Development Scheme (Process Manual for PMKVY)

  Under this scheme, there are some key procedures to get the success certificate and reward, the details of which are being given below,

  • The student (applicant) has made his registration under a recognized training centre under the scheme will be given the opportunity to make a course under any of the training partners (institutions) of the scheme.
  • Subsequently, the institution, which is working in this scheme of the Government, will take all the information from the applicant and keep the SDMS accumulated. The website link of SDMS is : http://www.pmkvyofficial.org/SDMSTraining.aspx
  • After this process, training will begin at the selected training centre of this training partner. Every student will be trained on every step during training by teachers at the centre.
  • After the training is finished, the students will receive a certificate of course termination from the official department of their workspace with assessment of their skills.
  • After receiving this certificate, the cash reward will be given by NSDC by the student’s bank account by any government agency.

  Various Courses under Prime Minister Skill Development Scheme Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana Course

  Different logos have different kinds of skills. The thinking of two different people also varies. Considering this, the Government has included a variety of courses under this scheme. As of this scheme, 34 different workspaces have been selected under which training will be given. Details of these workpieces are being given below

• Fund Allocation for Prime Minister Skill Development Scheme Allocated to PMKV Yojana
  For this scheme, the Government has made a total of Rs 15,000 crore. 24 lakh youth will be trained with this fund. This fund is being described below in various areas which have been used so far.
  • Approximately Rs 220 crore will be taxed on young people who have already taken any special training.
  • Approximately Rs.67 crore scheme will be operated and the youth will be conscious under this development.
  • Nearly Rs. 67 crore will be used to give employment to the Government Mentorship and trained youth, so that the student can access every task of training as per their interest.
  • In this way, Baqi Band will be used in the young welfare sectors required at the time of the government.

  Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana Fee

  The Government seeks to empower the youth with the help of Prime Minister Skill Development Scheme and promote their future. Many young people don’t have to do their mind choice course due to lack of money and they don’t get employment. Although there are many private training centres, their fees are so high that it is also difficult for poor youth to go there. Considering all these things, the Government has not taken any charge for this training plan. All trainings under this scheme will be completely free of charge. This will give many weaker people the best benefits and they will enable themselves.

  Under the Pradhanmantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, several small and efficient courses have been included. Various time periods are required to complete different courses. So under this scheme, the Government has set various timelines for different courses. There are generally several courses that have been kept from 3 to 6 months in a time period, plus a maximum period of 1 year has been fixed for some difficult course. No course of time period over 1 year has been included.

  प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना के अंतर्गत रिवॉर्ड (Pradhan Mantri KaushalVikas Home Rewards)

  इस योजना के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किये युवा को आम तौर पर रू 8000 का रिवॉर्ड प्राप्त होगा. यह रिवॉर्ड विभिन्न ट्रेनिंग के लिए विभिन्न है. इसके लिए विभिन्न तरह के स्तर तय किये गये हैं, जो ट्रेनिंग की कठिनाइयों पर निर्भर करते हैं. स्तर 1 और 2 के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षित हुए युवाओं को रू 7,500 मिलेगा, जो कि स्तर 3 और 4 के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षित हो रहे युवाओं के लिए 10,000 हो जाएगा. यदि युवा स्तर 5 या 6 के कोर्स को पूरा करता है तो ये रिवॉर्ड रू 12,500 का होगा.

  प्रधानमन्त्री कौशल विकास योजना के अंतर्गत नौकरी की गारंटी (Pradhan MantriKaushal Vikas Home JobGuaranteed)

  युवाओं को सशक्त करने के लिए सिर्फ ट्रेनिंग देना ही काफ़ी नहीं है. इसके बाद उन्हें रोज़गार मुहैया कराना भी एक अहम् काम है, ताकि उन्होंने प्रशिक्षण के दौरान जो भी सीखा है, उसका प्रयोग अपने जीवन निर्वाह के लिए कर सकें. भारत सरकार कई तरह की योजनायें चला रही है, अतः एक बार प्रशिक्षण पूरा हो जाने पर सरकार इन युवाओं को इन्हीं योजनाओं के तहत रोज़गार मुहैया कराएगी. सभी प्रशिक्षित युवाओं को उनके प्रशिक्षण के अनुसार विभिन्न योजनाओं के अंतर्गत रोज़गार दिया जाएगा.

  प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना से लाभ (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal VikasHome Benefits)

  भारत सरकार भारत को निर्माता के तौर पर वैश्विक केंद्र बनाना चाहती है औए यह तभी संभव है जब यहाँ पर निर्माण कार्य करने जैसी प्रतिभा मौजूद हो. इसके लिये सरकार ने एमएसडीई मंत्रालय के अधीन ‘नेशनल स्किल डेवलपमेंट कारपोरेशन’ का गठन किया है, जिसके मुख्य उद्देश्य निम्नलिखित है.

  1. इस योजना की सहायता से कई बेरोजगार और अप्रशिक्षित युवाओं को मुफ्त में विभिन्न तरह के कार्यों में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने का अवसर प्राप्त होगा.
  2. प्रशिक्षण पूरे हो जाने पर इन्हें सरकार द्वारा आर्थिक सहायता भी स्कालरशिप के तौर पर और साथ ही प्रशिक्षित क्षेत्र में सरकार द्वारा नौकरी दी जायेगी. इससे युवाओं को जीविकोपार्जन में मदद मिलेगी.
  3. प्रशिक्षण के दौरान युवाओं को एक्सपर्ट की मदद प्राप्त होगी, जिससे युवाओं को अपनी प्रतिभा को निखारने का पूर्ण अवसर प्राप्त होगा.
  4. इस योजना के तहत प्रशिक्षित युवा को सर्टिफिकेट भी दिया जाएगा, जिसकी सहायता से भविष्य में वह अन्य कर्म स्थलों में भी रोज़गार प्राप्त कर सकेगा. यह सर्टिफिकेट भारत के सभी राज्यों में मान्य होगा.
  5. प्रशिक्षण की न्यूनतम समय सीमा 3 मीहने और अधिकतम समय सीमा 1 वर्ष की है. अतः अधिकतम 1 वर्ष में ट्रेनिंग पूरी करा दी जायेगी और नौकरी प्राप्त हो सकेगी.
  6. इस योजना की सहायता से कौशल केंद्र की स्थापना की जायेगी, जो सरकार के विभिन्न युवा कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को पूरा करने में सरकार की मदद करेंगे.
  7. बहुत से युवा जो कौशल न होने की वजह से बेरोजगार हैं, उन्हें विभिन्न कार्यो के लिए सक्षम बनाया जाएगा.
  8. इसकी सहायता से सरकार को अन्य योजनाओं को सफ़ल बनाने के लिए कुशल युवाओं का सहयोग प्राप्त होगा. जितने युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा उन्हें इन योजनाओं में काम पर लगाया जाएगा.
