Shri Faith Sarang, Minister of State for Cooperation (Independent Charge) has stated that the directives have been issued to the Deputy Registrar/Assistant Registrar of the Department of Cooperation of Districts for appointment of non-governmental administrators on the posts of Chairman of Primary Agriculture Assistance Cooperatives.
The instructions issued by the Department are explained in This provision in the IC Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Society Act The tenure of the Board of Directors of a Society from the date of which the Board of Directors is first inserted shall be five years. Upon completion of five years of the tenure of the Board of Directors of the Society, the posts of members of the Board of Directors will be automatically vacant from such day and the administrator appointed by Registrar or him will take charge of the House and shall be constituting members of the Board of Directors within a period of six months. In compliance with the above provision, the Government service facilities have been appointed to the administrator after the tenure of various Primary Agricultural Assistance Cooperatives has been terminated.
It is decided by the State GovernmentThe proceedings of the Chairperson of the Berhigri Circle of the Committees under question to be appointed to the administrator on the provision of the Cooperative Society Act. The Vice-Chairman shall be administered in the event of the post of the Chairperson.
In view of this decision of the State Government, the Vice-Chairperson of the First Vice-Chairperson and the First Vice-Chairperson has been directed to the Deputy/Assistant Registrar of the Districts for Proceedings under the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Society Act, Rules and Procedures in place of Government Services, as to the Second Vice-Chairperson, in respect of appointing the administrator.
