Any person will not print or print the election pumplet, poster until the publisher is identified, announced and signed by them or not verified by the person who knows them personally and does not give the printer in the duplicate.
A copy of the declaration shall not be sent with a copy of the printed document at reasonable time after the document printing. The Chief Electroal Officer or District Magistrate, as the case may be, shall be authenticated by the Principal at the time of sending. The PRINTER will present its four copies and declaration received from the publication within three days while printing the material. With the declaration of printed material, the details of the printing paper and documents will be given in the Proforma ‘b’ prescribed by the Commission.
