Registration from 12th February of Rabi crops in Transfer Payment Scheme

3,500 Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies will be registered

Registration of farmers for crops of Rabi Season 2017-18 is being undertaken in 3,500 Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies in Uttar Pradesh. The work of the registration will last until March 12. Chief Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Dr. Rajesh Rajura has issued detailed guidelines to the Department of Food and Civil Supplies and Managing Director State Agricultural Marketing Board regarding the arrangement of registration.

The Principal Secretary has also issued instructions regarding the training to the unauthorized employees for uploading updated information on the Revenue Department and the employees of the Mandi committees and the portal for registration work.

Registration will be undertaken in all Primary Agricultural Cooperatives employed in Rabi Season Year 2017-18 in the state in the year 2017-18 in the form, mustard, lentil and onion.

Transfer Payment Scheme Launched in Kharif-2017

In order to protect the farmers from the fluctuations of the sense of income to the farmers in Madhya Pradesh, the payment scheme was started in Kharif-2017. An amount of Rs 136 crore 75 lakh has been paid to one lakh 28 thousand farmers in the first phase of the scheme. The amount of Rs 704 crore has been paid to the registered farmers in the second phase of the scheme.
