Bhopal: For the diversification of land no longer any need to be allowed from the Court of Judgmentary Officer (Raj Swa). Now the land owner will be able to diversify the method of its land. The amount of land revenue and premium payable for land use as per Diversion will be to be calculated by itself and will be intimated to the concerned officer. This receipt will be treated as proof of diversification. The provision of taking the pledge is now being terminated. Shri Umashankar Gupta, Minister of Revenue, Science and Technology, has reported that the Madhya Pradesh Geo-Rajaswa Code (Amendment) Bill-2018 has been passed in the Assembly in this regard.
58 amendments so far in the Earth-Rajw Samhita
Shri Gupta reported that 58 amendments have been made so far in Madhya Pradesh Geo-Rajaswa Samhita-1959. The Land Reform Commission was set up to suggest modifications required for the fulfillment of public records. The Code of Revenue has been amended based on the Commission’s suggestions.
After renaming the free copy
Once the transfer is ordered, all the relevant parties will now be given a free copy of the order and all the land records. The provision has also been provided that the land owner will be able to bind the remaining land by placing as much land for himself.
Private Agency Will Demarcation
In case of demarcation, the private authorised agency will now be taken to help for early settlement. Agency for each district will be decided in advance. If the Participant is not satisfied after the demarcation order by the Tehsildar, he will apply to the Attendant Officer. Demarcation will be made from the team of expert staff by the Divisional Officer. The first cases were presented in the Revenue Circle Gwalior.
A Chapter-7 is being placed as a Geo-Servekshan by removing Chapter-7 and 8 of the Geo-Serve Code of Revenue Survey and Settlement in the rural and urban area. At the place of revenue survey, the action of geo-servation will be carried out under the control of the collector. Now the entire district will not have to be notified for geo-serving. In cases of overcroachment on government lands, a fine of up to a maximum of Rs. One lakh will now be levied. In case of private lands, there will be provision of penalty of up to Rs 50 thousand. In addition, the land that is overcroaching will also be compensated with the value of Rs 10 thousand per hectare per annum from the overarcher. There were provisions of the economy by 20 per cent of the value of the overarched land.|
