Mushrooms that are known in regional languages by the names of pillars, hives, thunder and earth flowers etc. It is called Food of Gad (Food of God) in Rome due to its nutritional and other valuable properties. In India, it is also known as the Mallika of vegetables.

Mushrooms can be cultivated in two types in Kharif in natural intoxication.

Dudhchata mushrooms (Calocyv species)
It is extremely attractive and extremely tasty to see mushrooms. It has been cultivated in the First India year. Presently it can be cultivated in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Haryana and other territories in addition to Maritime Ilaco.

Suitable Species: Calocyv Indica, Calocyv, Iskulenta

Farming Method

Preparation of base material
