New Responsibilities to Meet Women Self Help Groups

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said that the economic activities of women self-help groups in the state are taking the form of movement. Women will have a nodal officer in every district for their help and technical advice in strengthening self-help groups and running economic activities. These nodal officers will help to move self-help groups by coordinating the concerned departments, district administration, banks and related entities.
The Chief Minister is addressing the Member Sisters of Women Self-Help Groups in a heart-driven program circulated from AIR and vision here today. They interacted in detail on the formation, management, products, marketing, organizational power, new responsibilities of self-help groups and many topics associated with female security.
The Chief Minister said that the security of women is the highest priority of the State Government. Innocent daughters have been sent for the approval of the President by making the law of hanging Havans who are mistreated. He also discussed many unique efforts and measures taken to protect women.
Shri Chauhan congratulated and greeted Makkar Sankranti in the event. He explained that Anand Bhawan is being celebrated in rural and urban, all regions from 14 to 21 to January, to enhance the spirit of participation, liberation and mutual cooperation.
New Responsibilities to Meet Self Help Groups
Shri Chauhan said that the government is giving many co-operatives to women’s self-help groups. New policy will be created by reviewing the training policy of self-help groups. If self-help groups make a product of good quality, the purchase of their products will also be considered. Shri Chauhan said that women’s self-help group federation is being given the responsibility of building a Tech Home Ration. They will be given high level training so that they can scientifically prepare a nutrition diet. He said that the Bank will guarantee the loan up to Rs. five crore to get the Federation of Women Self Help Groups. Differences of State Livelihood Mission
Shri Chauhan said that many women self-help groups have been providing hot nutrition diets in midnight food and courtyards in schools. These groups are working around Rs 1500 crore. Sisters associated with these groups now have school children's uniform There is also the responsibility of making. It will prepare a uniform of 70 lakh children per year. This will make a turnover of Rs 280 crore annually. In addition Women self-help groups are also being added to the power meter reading and bill distribution work in the rural area. They will be responsible for the power meter reading, bill distribution and revenue recovery. This arrangement will be commenced in 10-10 villages of Raisen, Vidisha and Rajgarh district, first in use.
Shri Chauhan said that self-help groups will be helped in making cleanliness campaigns managed. These sisters will be given financial assistance to the equipments working in vehicle and cleaning. They will become cleaning messengers and their groups will also increase their income. He told how 7300 women of the self-help group are socially editing tasks under Manrega.
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आधुनिक समय की नारी अबला नहीं बल्कि सबला है और बेटियां अब बोझ नहीं वरदान हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि परिवार, समाज, प्रदेश और देश की उन्नति के लिये महिलाओं का आर्थिक सशक्तीकरण जरूरी है। इसके लिये महिलाओं के स्व-सहायता समूहों को मजबूत किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि आगे बढ़ने का मजबूत इरादा रखने वाली बहनें जब एकजुट होकर कोई काम करती हैं, तो बड़ी से बड़ी मुश्किल आसान हो जाती है। एक जैसी सोच रखने वाली बहनों का समूह ही स्व-सहायता समूह का रुप ले लेता है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब दृढ़ संकल्प, कौशल, लगन और आत्मविश्वास एक साथ मिल जायें तो इतनी ऊर्जा उत्पन्न होती है कि कोई भी काम असंभव नहीं रहता। जब एक जैसी सोच वाले लोग मिलकर काम करें तो प्रगति के नये रास्ते खुलने लगते हैं। बहनों को आगे बढ़ने के अवसर मिलें, तो वे समाज में बड़ा परिवर्तन ला सकती हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वे स्वयं महिलाओं के स्वसहायता समूहों के उत्पादों की ब्रांडिंग करेंगे। कई स्व-सहायता समूह के उत्पाद ब्रांडेड कंपनियों के उत्पादों से बेहतर हैं। जड़ी-बूटी युक्त साबुन, कुटकी चावल, अगरबत्ती, रोस्टेट अलसी, गुड़ और फल्ली दाने की चिक्की, फूल मालाएं, हल्दी पाउडर जैसे उत्पादों की चर्चा बाजार में हो रही है। उन्होने कहा कि महिला स्व-सहायता समूह साबुन-निर्माण, गुड़, मूंगफली चिक्की निर्माण, अगरबत्ती उत्पादन, सब्जी उत्पादन, हथकरघा, परिधान-निर्माण, सेनेटरी नेपकिन निर्माण, मुर्गीपालन एवं विभिन्न कृषि आधारित आदि कार्य कर रहे हैं। जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा देने के लिए इनके द्वारा वर्मीपीट और नॉडेप भी बनाये गये हैं।

Women Safety Top Priority
Shri Chauhan, repeating the Government’s resolution towards Women’s Security, said The dignity of the daughters will be hanging on the fumigators. State Level Women Help Line 1090 has been launched to protect women, including women who are employed and registering their complaints. Shri Chauhan reported that friendship police petroling has been started in the state. Petroling vehicles monitor schools, colleges, gardens and other public places. The women have been established in Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Ujjain, Satna, Sea, Jabalpur, Riva, Ratlam and Katni. They have a quick hearing of the victims. The Chief Minister said that it is imperative to carry out CCTV cameras in these buses to prevent tampering incidents with sisters and daughters in school and city buses and take strict action on criminals. The Chief Minister informed that the fasttrack courts have been constituted in all districts. He urged daughters and women.
