Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan said the Banssagar project has changed the picture of Vindhya. The newer irrigation project will also reach water in areas where irrigation is not facilitated so far. The farmer of Vindhya will now leave Punjab and Haryana behind in grain production. Chief Minister Shri Chauhan was addressing the Tendupatta Collector’s Conference and Unorganized Worker’s Conference at Raghujugadh in Rhgrajgarh. Shri Rajendra Shukla was also present in the ceremony.

The Chief Minister distributed phase paduka, water worthy and saree to over 30 thousand tuber collectors. Chief Minister Shri Chauhan laid the foundation stone of the new strong emergence irrigation project, making at the cost of 677 lakh. This will facilitate irrigation in more than 50 thousand hectares of 633 villages. Chief Minister announced upgrades to High School of Rampur High School of Higher Secondary and Amilki Secondary School.

The Chief Minister said that the purchase of chana, mustard and lentil at the support price will now be extended from 31 May to 9 June. If necessary, the time period of purchase of wheat will also be extended. The incentive amount of Chief Minister Krishak Samriddhi Yojana will be distributed to the farmers who give grain at support price. All eligible forests will be given a letter of land.

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि रीवा जिले में असंगठित क्षेत्र के पाँच लाख से अधिक मजदूरों का पंजीयन किया गया है। इन सभी मजदूरों को 13 जून को होने वाले समारोह में विभिन्न हितलाभों का वितरण किया जायेगा। यह समारोह पूरे प्रदेश में आयोजित किये जायेंगे। यह योजना देश की सबसे बड़ी सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना है। इसके तहत 2.5 एकड़ तक भूमि वाले किसानों, मजदूरों, स्व-सहायता समूहों में कार्य करने वालों तथा छोटे-मोटे व्यवसाय करने वालों को लाभान्वित किया जा रहा है। इस योजना में पंजीकृत मजदूर को आवासीय भूमि का अधिकार-पत्र, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना से पक्का मकान, बच्चों को कक्षा एक से कॉलेज तक निःशुल्क शिक्षा तथा कौशल उन्नयन प्रशिक्षण एवं निःशुल्क उपचार सहायता दी जायेगी। पंजीकृत मजदूर परिवार की महिलाओं को गर्भावस्था में 4 हजार तथा प्रसूति के बाद 12 हजार रूपये की सहायता दी जायेगी। इसके साथ बीमा सुरक्षा, अंत्येष्टि सहायता तथा असमय मौत पर आश्रितों को 2 लाख का अनुदान दिया जायेगा।

Chief Minister Shri Chauhan defeated the vaccination awareness chariot under the Mission Indradhanush campaign at the conference.

The function also addressed by MP Shri Janardan Mishra. MLA Shri Girish Gautam expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister for the sacrifice of the irrigation project. In the event MLA Shri Divyaraj Singh, Vice President District Panchayat Smt. Vibha Patel, former MLA Shri Laxman Tiwari and Shri Nagendra Singh, Shri Akhand Pratap Singh, Vice President of Vindhya Vikas Authority, Smt. Vimalesh Mishra, Shri Vidya Prakash Srivastava, was present on other public representatives.
