The Chief Minister Youth Entrepreneur Scheme and Chief Minister Self Employing Scheme are being operated since 2014-15 under which margin money grants, interest grants, guarantee fund grants are assisted by the Department to the beneficiaries. Banks adjust the accounts of the beneficiary by receiving the amount as per the claim process prescribed from the pool account of the nodal banks located in Bhopal.
The General Manager of the District Trade and Industry Centre stated that during the review made at the Directorate level, the instructions have been given that margin money grants, interest grants, guarantee fund grants are not made by the Bank branches in the claim time frame of the amount of subsidy, due to which difficulties in loan distribution are coming. Marginal grant of cases, interest grant, guarantee fund grant amount as per the claim eligibility of the financial year 2014-15, 2015-16 and the said scheme in the year 2016-17, the concerned nodal bank is essentially to be received till 31st July.
