Jammu Kashmir Chief Minister Umar Abdullah said on Sunday that in view of the contribution of the former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the development of this Union Territory, the name of the newly-aged tunnel connecting Kashmir to the Jammu region should be named as his (Singh).
