Detailed instructions issued for purchase of chana, lentil and mustard
Bhopal: In the state, Rabi marketing year 2018-19, the work of Gana, Masoo and Mustard purchase will be upto 9th June 2018. The Department of Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development has issued detailed instructions to the District Collectors. The instructions have been clarified that the farmer will not need to take the token for yield. Tokens will be issued for purchase of 40 quintal amounts from a farmer. The provision will be made separately in the DSO login if required to be purchased more than 40 quintals under the inevitable condition, which will also be isolated from the token number.
The directive states that separate officers can be nominated through the collector in the centres with more control. In such agricultural produce pavilions and centres of the state, where the cessation is in low quantities, the committee will be nominated to the manager. The nodal officer will be given the login password in the e-submission software which will be transmitted to his mobile number.
The instructions issued to the collectors have been stated that the nodal officer will continue tokens by staying in the pavilions. At the same time, the farmers will confirm the reality through the introduction letter and base card of the concerned farmer before giving tokens. Tokens can be issued from 12 am to 7 pm on June 6th. If a farmer is deprived of the token in this arrangement, the tokens can be issued from 12 am to 9 pm on June 8 with the permission of the concerned collector. General purchases will be closed from 5 pm on 7th June at the subordinate centres. It will then be purchased through tokens up to 12 pm on June 9. After these dates the collector’s recommendation will be allowed by the Director Food and Civil Supplies.
The relevant guidelines have been sent to all subordinate centers and pavilions. The instructions have been asked to ensure that the facilities of the farmers are taken care of during the entire purchase arrangement.
