National Agricultural Market (E-Nam) is a pan-India electronic trading portal. It is empowered to build an integrated national market for agricultural produce. This e-name portal is providing a single window service for all information and services related to agriculture yields. The portal covers the advent of yield and the provision of trade proposals to buy and sell prices and yields. 58 agricultural yields have been linked to the National Agricultural Market through e-name portal in the state.
The e-Nam portal in the state was launched by the Pandit Lakshmi Narayan Sharma Agriculture Produce Mandi Donand, Bhopal. The 19 selected agricultural yields of the state were linked to this portal in the first phase of the scheme. Online trading is being carried out on 6 zones in agricultural yields linked to e-name portal. In the second phase of the scheme, 8 agricultural yields have been incorporated into the National Agricultural Market Scheme. So far 58 agricultural yields of the state have been linked to the National Agricultural Market Scheme.
Along with this, the task of connecting 13 cotton cattle to the National Agricultural Market Scheme is being completed rapidly. In the National Agricultural Market Scheme in the state so far, about 12 lakh farmers from 19 thousand Lions Stripe traders have traded about 49 lakh Quintal Agricultural Jins through e-platform. Proceedings are being undertaken for quality testing of agriculture yield in all 58nds of e-Nam portal in the state.
