Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan addressed the farmers of the state today saying that the government is committed to bringing the value of their yield. Shri Chauhan said that the procurement of chana, lentil and mustard at the support price from April 10 will be in 257 pavilions. The sanction of farmers of these crops will be applicable for minimum support value in the payment scheme. Farmers exempted from registration can register till 31 March. The purchase of crops will be made from ten April to 31 May. One donation of the crop of farmers will be purchased.
The Chief Minister said that 100 rupees per quintal will be given separately in the Agricultural Prosperity Scheme on Chana, Mustard and Mustard. No tightening will be left to give the farmers the right value. He said be careful of the elements that hinder the arrangement of the purchase. Co-operate with the Government. Shri Chauhan reported that Chief Minister Agriculture Samriddhi has been planned to give the farmers a complete benefit of their hard work. Additional benefits will be given to farmers. He said that wheat will be purchased at the support price of Rs.1735 per quintal and the government will give an extra 265 per quintal. The farmer will also get the benefit when selling wheat outside the support price. If a good quality guest sells two or two thousand rupees per quintal, they will also get an additional benefit of Rs 265 per quintal. Even if there is no good quality, it will benefit.
The Chief Minister said that on the paddy and wheat sold last year, farmers will get Rs.200 per quintal incentive amount. On 16th April this year, a sum of Rs.200 in the account of the farmers for wheat and paddy of the last year will be successfully credited. 16 April to the farmers of the state will be happy. This day will create new history. He said that the incentive amount of wheat crop sold this year will come to the farmers’ account on June 10 at the rate of Rs 265 or quintal per year.
Chief Minister Shri Chauhan said that the first farmers had equal relief in the mouth of the second for their harvest. Now over 50 percent of the damages are doubled by the relief amount of Rs 30 thousand per hectare. The benefits of crop insurance plan are also different. He said that both of the farmers will be compensated as much as possible.
Shri Chauhan said that farmers are being given electricity on a flat rate of Rs. seven thousand for irrigation for which the government gives Rs. 36 thousand per year. The amount of interest is also being given to farmers on premature harvest of manure. The date of return of agriculture loan on zero percent interest has been extended from March 28 to April 27. He said that Rs 1600 crore has been decided to deliver in dry relief and so much in crop insurance.
Chief Minister said that minimum support price arrangement and transfer payment scheme is available for benefiting farmers. Both of these plans are being benefited. He said that with wheat, Mustard and Mysore will be given a minimum support price. These crops will not remain in the transfer payment scheme. In this scheme, garlic and onion will be purchased.
Shri Chauhan said that the expressions have fallen from the production of garlic. For garlic, Rs. 3200 per quintal rate is set. If the onion is less than 800 rupees per quintal, the onion will also be purchased. Onions were also purchased last year.
Doda Sawdust will be purchased
The Chief Minister informed that Doda will be purchased by making transparent arrangements from Aphim Producer farmers of Manasore, Neemach and Ratlam and the government will burn it. Farmers will not suffer.
Loan to 30 thousand young people
Shri Chauhan said that the amount of 1900 crore in the transfer payment scheme is given to farmers for the crops of Kharif. There is no swearing in giving good prices to farmers. He Chief Minister Youth Farmers Entrepreneur Scheme Discussing that 30 thousand young people will be able to provide loans for food processing in this financial year. The government will guarantee the loan and give 15 percent subsidy. 5 percent interest subsidy will be given upto seven years. These young entrepreneurs will be given counseling and training for value promotion.
Discussion from the Centre for GI Registration of Bassamati
Shri Chauhan said that the Union Minister for the GI registration of Basamti rice has been discussed with Shri Suresh Prabhu. There is an export of three thousand curodes of basmati rice from the state. He said that the Battle of Basmati Rice Producer farmers is fighting the government and all the facts will be placed before the respective agenas.
The Chief Minister said that 265 rupees per quintal excess amount of Rs 26 hundred crores per quintal on wheat are getting Rs 26 hundred crore to the farmers. Rs. 1750 crore farmers will get Rs. 1750 crore with a decision to give Rs. 200 per quintal of the previous year. There are more than 6000 crore claims in the crop insurance plan. The money of dry relief is also being given.
