Elections of the Lok Sabha and Legislative Assembly must be held together
Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the election of the Lok Sabha and the Legislative Assembly must be together. The Constitution should be amended. This will give the authoritarian political parties the time to create development plans and implement them well. He said that repeated elections lead to both wealth and energy decay. As an experiment, the choice of Panchayats, Urban Bodies, Co-operation Institutions, Water Sub-contract Institutions and other entities will be considered simultaneously. The Chief Minister said that Rs one lakh crore will be spent on increasing irrigation capacity in the state. Irrigation capacity will be increased to 80 lakh hectares in the next five years. He said that the unprecedented development of Madhya Pradesh has occurred. Increased income per person. The growth rate has been in two digits over the last thirteen years.
Shri Chauhan said that 65 percent of the state’s population is dependent on agriculture. Farmers have given unprecedented agriculture production. Agricultural production has no longer been problem. Now the challenge of giving the farmers the right value. It has been made available for better options like Minimum Support Price, Transfer Payment Scheme and Chief Minister Agriculture Prosperity Scheme. He said the transfer payment plan is focusing on implementing the entire country.
The Chief Minister said that the farmers of the state are producing basmati rice since 1908. As much as basmati rice is exported in Canada and the US, 50% of it is only from Madhya Pradesh. He said that some exporters and especially Pakistan do not like that the Bassmati rice of Madhya Pradesh received a certificate of geographical identity. Bassmati producers will fight and win the entire strength for farmers.
Shri Chauhan said that the State’s share in central taxes increased from 32 percent to 42 percent has strengthened the State’s revenue base. The State has received Rs. One lakh crore in Central Taxes and other schemes. He said the Chief Minister unorganized sector worker welfare scheme is the country’s largest social security plan. From the first class of workers to Ph.D. students will get free treatment of workers. They will get pucca houses till 2022. They will own residential ground.
The Chief Minister said that it is a subject connected to the social mass-awakening, keeping his view about the complete wine captive. It can be completely eliminated by increasing awareness of its loss. In connection with the law regime, he said that the government is rigorous for Gondo. Citizens should collaborate in teaching lessons to the bunds. Shri Chauhan said that the unions of women’s self-help groups have been decided to entrus the operation of the construction units to form a nutrition diet. The Confederation of Women Self-Help Groups in the next six months will take place in the position of conducting dietary factories.
