Decisions of Ministerial Council
Bhopal :-Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan chaired by the Ministerial Council Meeting Theoretical acceptance of the formation of 43 innovative tehsils in 30 urban areas is given. In order to increase the population in the future, the concept of formation of new urban bases was also approved.
Five-Five in Indore and Bhopal in MetropolitanTwo new bases will be formed in three-three and Ujjain Urban Area in Gwalior and Jabalpur. Similarly, urban bodies with more than one lakh but less than 5 lakh population will become one-one new tehsil in Dewas, Satna, Sagar, Ratlam, Riva, Katni, Singaruli, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Murana, Bhind, Bara, Shivapuri, Chhindwara, Vidisha, Chharpur, Mandsaur, Damoh, Neemch, Hoshangabad, Khargon, Sihore, Bethul, Savior, and Datiya.
Tehsildar in each new tehsil createdIn addition, the four-four post of Additional Tehsildar, Nayab Tehsildar, Assistant Grade-1, one post of the depositor/refundant/expanded and the vehicle driver, two posts of Assistant Grade-2 and four-four post of Assistant Grade-3 and Bharadya approved a total of 16 posts per Tehsil creation.
Ministerial Council of the NB Tehsildar in Revenue Department 550 verses and 191-191 of Assistant Grade-3 and Bharti also decided to create new posts.
‘Chief Minister Welfare Assistance Scheme’s approval to commence: The Ministerial Council decided to place ‘Kalyanani’ in the Government vocabulary to display respect for the widows of the state and benefit them of the Government schemes. With this, the Chief Minister’s Welfare Assistance Scheme approved to encourage welfare marriage and initiate pension for economic security of all the widows of the state. The incentive amount of Rs. 2 lakh will be given for welfare marriage incentives. Rs.300 per month for 18 to 79 years for the economic protection of welfare and Rs.500 per month for over 80 years Acceptance of grant of Rs. pension is also given.
Stool- Drainage Scheme: Under the Department of Public Health Mechanics by Ministerial-Project, Bhoj Wetland Project of Bhopal City, T.T.Nagar & Habibganj Sewage Project, Scheme of Pollution Freeing Large & Small Pond, Panchshetra Nala Pollution Prevention Scheme under National River Conservation Scheme, Sewerage Scheme of Shivapuri Nagar etc. and Sewage Treatment Plant etc., approval of Rs. 39 crore 65 lakh for continuous operation from 2017-18 to year 2019-20.
buck medium irrigation project: The Council of Ministers decided to give the benefit of special package for purchase/emergence of land and assets located in the area of the submerged in the area of the project for land acquisition and rearrangement in accordance with the Project Reporting Act, 2013 for land acquisition and rearrangement of lands and assets located on it for the buck medium irrigation project. With this decision, 11 crore 16 in place of 4 crore 52 lakh on land acquisition in the project Amount of lakh will be expended.
Strengthening of Teaching Training Institutions : Ministerial Council under the Department of School Education Scheme for Implementation of Academic Activities by Training Institutions and Infrastructure Development of Institutions for the year 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 for Continuation 261 crore 49 lakh 18 Approve the amount of Rs. thousand.
Solution Scheme : The Ministerial Council approved the solution scheme for settlement of outstanding time loans of defaulter members of primary agriculture credit cooperatives, linked to the District Cooperative Central Banks of the State. Amount of short term loans converted into medium term loans in the year of the East due to short term crop loans and natural calamities by Primary Agricultural Credit Cooperative Societies 30 June 2017 Defaulter farmers who are not deposited will come to the periphery of this scheme.
Loan outstanding in the account to the farmer to gain eligibility in the solution plan 50% of the principal is to be paid. The last date for participation in the scheme will be 15th June 2018. By this date, the farmer has to pay 50% of the principal amount.
The principal amount by the farmer On paying 50%, the entire amount of interest outstanding in the farmer’s account will be waived. New loan amount will be sanctioned to the farmer for the harvest of Kharif 2018. The remaining half of the principal amount will be converted to a new cash loan of zero per cent interest. The additional loan of the remaining credit limit available to the farmer under the new loan scale will be available as an object loan at a zero percent interest rate.
Kharif to farmers involved in the scheme The amount of cash loan in 2018 season will not exceed half the principal amount. The remaining portion of the loan shall be as the object loan. Rabi Season 2018-19 This bond will not be applicable in the agricultural seasons followed. The ratio of cash and commodity loans will be the same as regular farmers. The scheme will include cooperatives who will agree to organise this solution scheme of State Government.
Interest waiver to defaulter farmers in the scheme Expenditure of 80 per cent amount will be borne by the State Government and the remaining 20 per cent of the load cooperatives.
