Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath said that the solution of common man’s problems is the priority of the government, ensuring with readiness and satisfaction. He said to encourage officers-employees who have done this work in time and time with fidelity and punish the caregivers. Shri Nath was reviewing the ‘CM Helpline’ in the Ministry today. He asked C.M. helpline to make the existing arrangement more relaxed and read. On this occasion, Minister of Public Service Management Shri Bala Bachchan was present.
Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath said that for the welfare government, it is imperative that there is a sense of readiness, accountability and sensitivity in the mechanism towards addressing the problems of citizens. He said that the whole governance-administration system is for the better and respected life of the citizens. Therefore, we must discharge this obligation with full responsibility and compassionate sense.
Chief Minister Shri Ashok Vardwal presented the C.M. helpline. He pointed out that constant efforts are being made to make the arrangement more demographic.
The Chief Secretary at the meeting Shri S.R. Mohanti, Additional Chief Secretary Finance Shri Anurag Jain and concerned senior officers were present.
