Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan today discussed about the prevention of coronavirus from all Commissioners, IG, District Collectors, S.P., CMHO, Municipal Commissioners, Nagar Palika, CMO and the call of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s 21-day countrywide lockdown.
The Chief Minister spoke of giving the support package to the affected sections due to the lockdown. He said that 46 lakh pensioners of the state are being paid Rs. 600 per month under social security scheme Rs. 275 crore per month. Two-month advance payment will be made of all kinds of social security pension, widow pension, old-stage pension depressed pension etc.
Under the Construction Worker's Board, the labourers will be provided with Rs. 8.25 lakh per wages as per Rs. 1000 per wages. Similarly, a sum of 2.20 lakhs will be sent two-month advances in the accounts of families of Sauriya, Baga, Kharia tribes.
Free treatment will be done in Government Hospital/Medical College if found to be corona positive Also in identified Private Medical College/Private Hospital Free treatment will be available for all classes. Private hospitals will be paid as per the rates prescribed in Ayushman India.
Amount is available in the administrative item of the Panch-parameshwar scheme in Gram Panchayats. It is being allowed to maintain food/age to people wherever they are allowed due to control and lockdown of the corona.
The benefit of the midday dining plan is not getting children from school closure. Food grains have been released till April 2020. It will now be made available to Ration shops under PDS.
The amount of Rs 156 crore Rs 15 lakh will be distributed in the account of 65 lakh 91 thousand pupils as a result. 60.81 lakh students of primary schools will be given Rs. 155 per student at a rate of Rs. 94.25 crore and 61.90 crore for 26.68 lakh students of secondary school at a rate of Rs.232 per student.
Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan gave important instructions to all concerned officers. They said that people stay in their homes. Do not have a crowd. All religious social programs will be completely closed. All religious places will also be closed to the general public. Directed to District Collectors to discuss local religions with Gurus.
Chief Minister's Instructions
• The event of fairs etc will also be completely restricted for the next 21 days. The measures of social distancing have been instructed to follow all the places in mind.
• To enhance community monitoring so that district administration can get instant information about patients with fever cold cough.
• If patients who have normal cold cough and fever, try to get the drug at home only after they are tested. The Collector also inspire the veil or ward’s volunteer and government officers and employees for further assistance.
• The call center should be kept 24 hours active. Arrangement to access the medicines at home when information is received from the call center.
• There may be a large number of people in urban and rural areas that have been hard to arrange food due to lockdown. In such a situation, self-healing institutions etc. should be packed with food and arranged for distribution so that no people are hungry in the state.
• Ensure availability of all essential features.

• The time for the open stay of such shops and institutions is greater so that there is less likely to be crowded at any time.

• All the collectors ensure that the required item and daily useful and can be found at the normal price of the drug in the market. A link proceeding will be taken when the complaint is received to recover more prices.
• Ensure adequate safety and necessary facilities to the doctor, nurse and the necessary work.
• All Divisional Commissioners have the obligation to coordinate in all their districts. If there is any problem with the supply and logistics, please inform immediately.
• Ingredients required for consumers such as vegetables, grocery, milk, fruits, etc. are provided seamlessly.
• There is no unnecessary congestion in vegetable pavilions. From there only retail merchants don’t buy subs. Spread them if possible.
Responsibility to Senior Officers
Four verticals have been made of Additional Chief Secretary and Chief Secretary level officers on the state for corona control: –
- Supply of Medicines, Instruments & Medical Materials – Shri Faiz Ahmed Kidwai, Principal Secretary
- Cure & Hospital Management – Shri Sanjay Shukla, Principal Secretary
- Call Centre & Ambulance Services – Shri B. Chandrashekhar & Shri Nandkumaram
- Fulfillment and Coordination of Essential Commodities and Services – Shri ICP Keshari, Additional Chief Secretary
The entire coordination on behalf of the Department of Health is being carried out by Dr. Pallavi Jain Goville. Any problems related to all these verticals can be resolved by discussing the collector concerned officer.
Home Delivery, Tech Home and Coreier features will continue, allowing at least people to come out of their homes and provide them home access service.
Facilities to Farmers
Workers and harvesters engaged in crop harvesting are required to ensure crop harvesting is not affected. Harvesters are never stopped.
Inviting farmers to SMS in Mandi and setting up of subordinate centres and arrangement of pavilions in which social dissensing parameters are strictly followed. You will be discussed separately in this regard.
The district, where there is a rake pit of railway, will also be medical screening of the hammails and labourers working there. Make sure the rack is empty on time so that the state does not lack manure, seeds, urea etc.
Private hospitals and nursing homes in the state are also added to the campaign of the fight against the corona.

The district collectors will have a complete discount to take all the necessary steps for the prevention of corona. They make immediate appropriate decisions as per local requirements. State Government will provide them with every type of assistance.
