Chief Minister's 15 August Message Key Points

The Madhya Pradesh has done many things to make the memory of the martyrs alive and will do so. Citizens take the resolution that every sacrifice will be prepared for the country.

• Now our goal is to prosper the state. For this, the department-wise five-year roadmap will be served in all areas of development and welfare.

• We are also looking for other sources of income by not relying on regular budget provisions for development, so that the lack of funds for the prosperous state does not come away.

• We are committed to removing poverty by making a basic facility ahead of Narrow. There will be no place of poverty in the rich Madhya Pradesh.

• The unique Chief Minister Jan-Kalyan Scheme of the country and the world has been implemented from this year. The scheme will be revolutionary in removing basic concerns like bread, textile, houses, health, education, electricity, employment of almost half of the state. It is my belief in this.

• Every person dreams of his own house. The government has come forward to complete it. Over 35 lakh families have received residential lands. Residence to the poor being leased by December 2014 on the ruling land of the urban area.

• The state is in the leading states of the country with toilet facility in 94 per cent households of the rural area.

• Registered workers and construction workers have been started giving simple electricity bills from July month at a maximum of Rs.200 per month.

• The Government is going to take its overhead, including the outstanding power amount surcharge of up to 2018 in the outstanding power bill waiver.

• Under the scheme, electricity has been accessed to all houses in 31 districts. We aim to bring light of electricity to the home of the state by October month.

• Rs 10 thousand crore will be spent in 3 years in various schemes to illuminate all rural homes.

• In the Prime Minister Ujjwala scheme, poor women have been provided 43 lakh new gas connections free of charge.

• In the first phase, tap-water scheme will be undertaken to villages with a population of 500 in 1000 and tribal areas in general areas.

• The amount of Rs 35 thousand crore has been reached directly in the accounts of farmers from various schemes this year.

• The reserves of the reserve capacity of 3 lakh MT for onion storage are manufactured and 2 lakh capacity reserves are under construction.

• Irrigation capacity is being acted at 80 lakh hectares. The Government will invest Rs 1 lakh 30 thousand crore by 2024 in irrigation projects.

• Narmada-Malwa Link projects will increase irrigation capacity of 4 lakh 80 thousand hectares in the state.

• The government has unprecedented growth in the relief amount for natural disaster. In case of severe drought in some districts last year, the amount of Rs one thousand 420 crore was distributed to farmers.

• The relief amount in revenue relief rules has been made Rs 30 thousand per hectare, which is doubled by the measures of the Government of India. Banana crop damage relief increased from 27 thousand to one lakh per hectare maximum of 3 lakh per agriculture.

• The state is the first state in the country where farmers are provided crop loans at zero percent interest rate.

• The interest of timeless loans has been waived by the Chief Minister's Loan Solution Scheme. The repayment of the original amount is facilitated in installments.

• Smart City project plans to invest 20 thousand crores.

• In the next 3 years, there will be no urban body of the state where the drinking water project is incomplete or where there is a crisis of drinking water.

• All Divisional Headquarters will be completed from Fore-Lane and all District Headquarters with priorities in the time of joining Two-Lane. Important road construction projects like Chambal Express-Way will be emphasized.

• 300 Health and Wellness Centres will be started this year in the state where almost all the features of first aid will be available.

• 48 points decline in maternal mortality in the state has been appreciated nationally.

• The government has decided to expand medical education to address the lack of doctors.

• 6 new medical colleges including Shahdol, Shivapuri, Satna and Chhindwara will begin to work in the state.

• The concept of ‘a campus-a house’ is being introduced to improve quality in school education under which the integration of all sorts of schools running in a campus will be run as the same school.

• Join the state’s enlightened civilian Millet Armchair program to bring about education in children.

• Establishment of 44 new Government and 3 new model colleges in the state in 2018.

• For all students of class XII, this time we will touch the Aasman program of career counselling.

• Extension of CM meritorious student scheme, students who have 70 percent marks in Madhya Pradesh Board examination were also included for benefit. The benefit of this scheme will also be found to the sons of registered workers.

• The goal of skill promotion of seven lakh youths per annum under Youth Empowerment Mission.

• Scheme to set up large centres of skill development in other metros of the state in 5 years.

• The initiative of the State Government has got employment to lakh youth this year. Fundamental changes in industrial policy are now a decision to provide direct assistance in investment instead of exempting tax.

• Over two lakh MSMEs last year, with an investment of Rs. one thousand 400 crore, 5 lakh people got employment.

• Rewa of 750 MW capacity start producing electricity from ultra mega solar project. Now Delhi Metro will run from Riva’s electricity.

• In the next 5 years, the tribal welfare of the state will be carried out at Rs. two lakh crores, which will lead to the overall development of all the tribes.

• The Pisa will constitute the Tribal Rights Assembly in each village of Scheduled Blocks to implement the law in a real manner.

• The scheme of coaching is being introduced in Bhopal, Indore, Raipur, Jabalpur and Gwalior for admission to National Level Technical, Medical Education and Method Colleges and entrance examination of NDA.

• Extension of Backward Class Post Matric Scheme to raise the annual income limit of the parent/guardian of the students from 75 thousand to 3 lakhs, maintenance allowance rates two times, reimbursement of other compulsory charges, including full teaching fee to the students in self-financial courses conducted in government institutions, for admission to B.E. course of recognized unrest institutions. M.B.S. students entered into private colleges of the state have been provided for payment of full teaching fee to the students of M.B.S. as per merit rank of one and a half lakh in the Main Exam.

• For pensioners with more than 5 kilometres to facilitate pensioners by eliminating the correlation of poverty line in the Chief Minister Welfare Assistance Scheme and Disabled Pension Scheme- "Pension Your Door" Scheme will begin from this month.

• Reservation has also been arranged in government jobs after Panchayats for women. 33 percent of posts in other departments except for fifty percent and forest department in teachers have been reserved for women.

• The offenders have been sentenced to death in eight episodes of smiling from girls in the last six months.

• Even this year, 7 crore plants of high quality will be planted throughout the state, including the catchment of Narmada and other rivers.
