Collector and District Magistrate Shri Sudam Khade has issued orders under Section 144 of the Dand Procedure Code 1973 to maintain peace and law order during the Assembly session which from 17th July to 28th July 2017 Up to various fields will be applicable.
Five or more persons will not be collected in any public place as per the issue order. A person shall neither direct any process of performance nor participate in it, nor any gathering shall be held. In order it has been cleaned that during the session no person will move to the public place with arms, sticks, sticks, spears, stones, knives or other streaky weapons. No person will do any such task which has the opposite effect on teaching institutions, hotels, shops, industry and public or private services. to the affected area, Putala combustion or some kind of movement has been strictly forbidden.
This order is from 17th July to 28th July 2017 from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm. The route from the Lily Talkies to the Roshanpura Marg, from Banganga to Raj Bhavan and Jansampark Directorate, the Old Jail Route from the Old Police Superintendent Office, from the Old Police Superintendent Office, the Board of Affis Chauraha from the Slater House Road Madamil, the cold road from Jharneshwar Temple Chauraha, will continue to be applied in the Roshanpur Chauraha.
