‘Adarsh’ Public Service Centre in Kolar, Bhopal
So far, services have been provided to the citizens by discharging more than 2 lakh 26 thousand applications in the ‘Solution One Day’ arrangement. The arrangement has been commenced from all the Public Service Centres of District Headquarters and March, 2018 from February, 2018. Public Service Centre, Kolar Bhopal has been established as the ideal Public Service Centre for ‘Samadhaan One Day’.
The ‘Samadhaan One Day’ arrangement has been introduced by the State Government with the aim of providing ‘Adras the Counter-Sem Day’ service to citizens. Presently 34 services have been included in it. As a result of the implementation of the system where citizens have started to provide immediate service, a accountability system has also been built with transparency in the governance system.
Services identified by the Collector on each Public Service Centre are being provided to the Citizens to prompt the Services. The application of services is the arrangement to be taken from 9.30 am to 6 pm every day at the Public Service Centre. The dismantlement of applications received from 1.30 pm daily is carried out on the same day and the application received after 1.30 pm in the next working day.
Citizens’ facility and re-service are not required to come to the public service centre. It is also arranged to send certificates to citizens from WhatsApp and e-mail. Rankings and Dashboards have been prepared for the Performance Analysis of Authorised Officers.
