Pakke houses will be provided to workers in cities
CM Shri Chauhan directs from workers at state level unorganized workers conference
Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the service of workers is really similar to the service of God. Government will take all necessary steps to overcome the problems of workers. Shri Chauhan said that the most contribution in the growth rate of the state and the growth rate of agriculture is the workers. Shri Chauhan today was addressing the State Level Unorganized Workers Conference at Panager Vikashand Headquarters in Jabalpur District. The Chief Minister made direct conversations about their problems with workers on this spot and resolved the demise of every problem.
Shri Chauhan announced that every labourer in the state will be provided with a pucca house. This work will be complete within three years. He said that workers in cities will be provided pucca houses. The amount will be provided to the villages to mark the labour families and make them land lease and paved houses.
Children’s education fee will be filled with government
Shri Chauhan said that the children’s fees for the first class to doctorate will be filled with the government. It will also include Engineering, Medical and Name Management Institute. The Chief Minister said that the Labour School will be opened at Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior and Indore on the lines of public schools for workers children. All necessary facilities will be provided to the children of workers in these schools.
Participant children will get funFree Coaching
Shri Chauhan announced to provide free coaching to the talented children of unorganized workers for preparation of competitive exams for distinguished services. He said that the fee of these institutions will be filled with the government. The Chief Minister said that treatment in reputed private hospitals will also be arranged for workers as required when suffering from severe illness. They will also be treated in large cities when necessary. He announced the establishment of short-term training centres for the workers of the unorganized sector engaged in small work-washes, saying that inefficient workers can become skilled workers.
Shri Chauhan said that our dream is that the workers of the state are able to establish their own employment. For this, one year of training will be arranged for workers and they will also be credited with the Bank to move towards self-employment. The subsidy on loan will also be provided and the loan will be guaranteed. He said a loan will be made available for self-employment every year.
Pregnant workers will find women for nutrition diet 4 thousand Rupees
The Chief Minister said that children under the age of five years of workers will be undergoing a complete health test and the initiative will be taken to arrange a special nutrition regime for maln children. Shri Chauhan announced that the pregnant labour woman from six to nine months will be given a sum of four thousand for a nutrition diet. When childbirth, the government will accumulate more than twelve thousand rupees in the woman’s account so that it is not constrained to wages in this stage and can rest at home.
Family will meet on the death of workers Rs 4 lakh
Shri Chauhan informed the plan to provide smooth water kuppies for slipping and thirst extinguishing under step paduka scheme for tamangustone breaks, mahua flowers and chirungi bean workers sisters. He said that when the labour dies, five thousand rupees are being arranged from the Panchayat/City body to honour the funeral. The Chief Minister announced that the family’s face will be made available for filling up of four lakh families on normal death and death in the accident.
Register campaign start
The Chief Minister said that the registration of workers has been initiated from today which will be completed by May month. Special portal is designed for this. It will be sufficient for the registration of the workman by writing the Panchayat or the urban body so much that he is a worker, does not do the job and does not give income tax. Shri Chauhan spoke of the suffering of bicycle-rickshaw-runners saying that he will be taken initiative towards providing e-rickshaw. Similarly, the steps will be taken to make the owner of the e-Loader. For this, subsidy of Rs. thirty thousand will be made available with five percent of interest subsidy. Small-thick workmen in cities will be provided with four thousand rupees for bicycles to facilitate them in traffic. The Chief Minister said that the families of all unorganized workers will be given electricity connections and they have to pay a flat rate of Rs.200.
Shri Sultan Singh Shekawat, Chairman of the Madhya Pradesh Unorganized Urban and Rural Karmakar Kalyan Mandal, said that unorganized workers are the most exploited, victim and deprived class of society. He said that the Madhya Pradesh is the first state to think about the betterment of the workers of the unorganized sector. Shri Shekawat expressed confidence that the Government of Madhya Pradesh will dream of the Dindayal Upadhyay by taking concrete steps to the welfare of workers of the unorganized sector.
