Introduction – Gardening of oranges

Gardening of oranges

The gardening of oranges in Madhya Pradesh is mainly carried out in Chhindwara, Baitul, Hoshngabad, Shajapur, Ujjain, Bhopal, Nimch, Ratlam and Mansaur district. Santre gardening in the state takes place in the 43000 hectare area of which 23000 hectare area is in Chhindwara district. At present there is twelve tons per hectare of orange productivity that is extremely low compared to developed countries. Quality plants for horticulture in low productivity car (deprising and maintenance mistakes are major. The variety of oranges in Madhya Pradesh is Nagpur Santara.

1. Land Election

For the gardening of oranges need to pay attention to the structure and properties of the soil and the bottom surface It can be increased garden production and garden age by diagnosing future problems before gardening.

2.Surface plants

Precautionary in buying a pen should be carried out only from the protected nursery. This plant is free from miphatthra fungus and virus disease. Rangpur cream or Jamberry origins should be prepared for plants. Yesterday, there should be no disease-free and direct growth which is about 60 cm and on the ground surface on the ground surface. These buds should have a very strong tantu root, do not break through the ground and there should be no stone on the left.

3. Installation of the garden:

To plant oranges, 2 graphs are used for the post – Squad and Satbhajujakar. 15 per cent of the plant can be planted higher than the square position in the Hexagon post. The size of the pit is 75 X 75 X 75 cm and the plant should be applied at a distance of 6 X 6 cm. Thus 277 plants can be planted in a hectare. 5.5 g 5.5 m or 5 x 5.m in light ground can be planted 300 to 400 plants. Use 500 grams of single super phosphate, 500 grams of neem khali and 10 grams of carbendazim with a manure of 20 kg of chopped gober per pit with soil to fill the pit.

4. Pre-treatment and precaution of plantation:

Carbendazim with metalexyl m Z72,2 2.75 g of the plant should be immersed for 10-15 minutes before planting the plant at 1 g per liter of water. The time of September is appropriate from the juli to plant the plant. Keep in mind that the jod of the bud remained 25 cm above the ground surface. Periodically cut off the branches left from the ground to 2.5 to 3 feet. The difference in the garden is harvested at the commercial level after 6 years in the garden of the oranges. For this time, a place of 6 g 6 m is vacant, so some suitable intercuring plant can be harvested. Cotton-like crop takes more nutrients than the ground.

5.Universal use:

The amount of non-fertilized fertilizer should be given in January, Julie and November months in three equal parts. While phosphorus fertilizer should be given two equal parts in January and Julie month and potash-containing fertilizer in January once.

6. Water Management:

More than sitch production is not correct. The slab water (Flood irrigation) causes damage to the garden. In the summer season, Sichai should take 4 to 7 days and 10 to 15 days in the cold season. Irrigation water should not be used. For this, double rings of irrigation should be used. Drip irrigation is the perfect method of saving 40 to 50 percent of water and weeds also reduce from 40 to 65 percent. Pedo’s growth and fruit quality is good and saves labour.

7. Weed Control:

Chalai Bathua in Motha, Dubughas and Kush and Dvibijpatti in a bilateral weed, Dudh, Kangras, Grass is mainly found before weeding -Dyuran 3 K.G. or Paramjean 4 Kgs. Based on the active ingredient, the first shimmer on the soil in the first week of June month and the second shimmer in September after 120 days can be kept weeding for about 10 months. After weeding, use the sugarphosate 4 liters or perakwat 2 liters of 500 to 600 liters of water. Use the weeds before flowering. Weeders should not be used on the main plant.

8. Behavior Treatment (Tashing)

Bahrain treatment is carried out in the stage of flowering to dry the flower perception in the pedo. As per the type of soil for this, irrigation is closed from 1 to 2 months in the garden. This improves the carborne traject ratio (lower the amount of carbon increases) never after the irrigation stops the stage of flowering in the pedo. Increasing inhibitory chemicals such as C.C. 1500 – 2000 P.M. or Placlobutrazil (Caltar) should be dispensed.

9.Fruit melting:

The fall of the fruit occurs in two or three times a year - When the first fruit is broken by the shape of the pill and the second fruit is full-fledged or fruit color change time. A few days before the fruit of the Tudai, the fruit is quite serious problems of the melting ambia drift. In the event of flowering for the prevention of fruit melting, Gibral Acid 10 P.M. urea is recommended for 1 percent. After fruiting, let the fruit come from 8 to 10 mm2, 4-D15 P.M. Unmatched and carbendazim 1000 P.M. urea 1 per cent. 10. Insect management in spring gardens:

Santray Pest
(1) Adult and arbulent damages
(2) Remaining in the pest group and exploiting juice from delicate leaves and from flower buds results in new buds and fruit melting.

Control:-
(1) Spray Neem Oil (3-5ml/liter) or Imidacloprid or Monochromos in January-February, June-Jullai and October – Nov.

Foil Tunneling Insect
(1) There is more outbreaks on nursery and small plants, thereby increasing. This pest is a convenant of millibugs and canker disease.
(2) Life order 20 to 60 days and 9 to 13 generations in the year
(3) Outbreaks throughout the year but Julie-October and February-Mar.

Control:-
(1) Destroy the pre-breaking insect-grown leaves in the nursery.
(2) 2.0ml of Quinalfoss 25 E.C. Or Fosolan 1.5ml/liter

Nebu's Butterfly
(1) The pest outbreak year but the juli – Most in August
(2) 4-5 generations in the year
(3) The ability to eat leaflets is very high.
(4) The color of the eaves is spinning, black. Evolution is white patches on the eaves, making it similar to the beats of the bird.

Control:-
(1) Dipel (B.T.) 0.05 percent or cypermethrin 1ml/liter or Quinalfoss 2.0ml of 25 E.C. /Litter

Bark Ellibra
(1) The nightmare – coming out of the stem and convulsing the bark at night.
(2) Maximum 17 holes are observed in the stem.

Control:- Turn off the pore cotton by removing the throat of the grated part into the diachlorhos 1 percent slurry pore.

11. Disease management in spring gardens:

1. Symptoms of phytophthora disease: The plant is yellow in the nursery from the phytophthora disease, increases and is rotten. Due to this fungus, there are dark spots up to two feet on the top stem of the ground due to which the bark is dried. The glue numeral substance is released from these slabs. On the back of Pedo, there is a blush from this fungus. The affected plants dry slowly.

2. Origin of the disease: The germ of the phytophthora fungus increases a lot of fat from wet ground. Its spores precipitation increases at a temperature of 25 to 30 ° C and the spur is shaped by floating with water and spreading the size of the disease in contact with the tip of the inert and inert. These spores lead to the development of pulmonary fungus that subsequently recreates the fungus by entering the cells. The phytophthora fungus is active throughout the year in the moisture of the nursery and gardens.

3. Major causes of dispersion of the disease:
1. The use of non-resistant maternal (rootstak) for phytophthora.
2. Watering in the garden and watering for more time in the ears.
3. Dissemination by irrigation incorrectly.
4. Binding the pen from ground to less than 9 inches.
5. Grow the nursery bar in a single place.
6. Preparation of nurseries near the disease affected gardens.

4. Management:
a) Management of phytophthora disease in the nursery
1. The seedling should be carried out by the former fungal killer of Bonnie.
2. The seedlings should not be taken directly from the nursery. Well washed the roots, with a metallic M. Z. 2.75 g per liter should be treated for 10 minutes from a carbindazim/gram per liter solution.
3. The pen should be bonded above about 9 inches from the ground.
5. Plastic trays and deregistered soils should be used in the nursery.
6. For the nursery should select good drainage ground away from old gardens.

(b) Management of phytophthora disease in gardens

Prevention measures:
1. Select good drainage ground.
2. Choose a good resistance native.
3. More irrigation and roots should be avoided.
4. The pen at the time of planting seedlings should be on the surface of the ground about 6 to 9 inches of camel.
5. The stem should use double ring irrigation method to protect from moisture.
6. Bordex paste should be applied before and after precipitation.

Disease Control Measures:
1. Paste the stem's diseased part with a knife-to-peel metalecsil m jer 72. The peeled part should be burned and destroyed.
2. Spray well on the diseased seedlings at the rate of metallic M Z 72 WP 2.75 g per liter or Fostil AL 2.5 g per liter.
3. The invasion of phytophthora is lowered on colourful lyme like resistant origin.
