Ground diversification is not necessary for the farmer to build a house in their farm
Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the farmers’ son- daughters will be availed a loan from 10 lakh to 2 crore to open food processing units. The loan is guaranteed by the State Government. Opening of food processing units will help increase farmers’ income.
While addressing the launch session of the state-level Master Trainer Workshop in the local coordinating building today and the Shrankhla of the developmental infrastructure seminars, Chief Minister Shri Chauhan said that if the farmer makes home for his own use on his farm, he will not need land diversions. Farmer Conference on 15 September
Chief Minister Shri Chauhan said that all districts from September 15 to October will have farmer conferences. These will discuss the strategy to double the income of farmers. Every development will make roadmap differently.
Shri Chauhan said that farmers will be making markets in 378 cities where farmers will be able to sell their produce directly to customers. The respective municipalities, municipal councils will provide ground and the Mandi Board will help to create infrastructure of the market. Shri Chauhan reported that the state government will give 50 per cent subsidy to the farmers who create a Bhavana house for onion storage.
Shri Chauhan said that the state government has been resolved to double the income of each farmer in the next five years. It is challenging work but is possible in collaboration with farmers. He said that this year is showing the pain of drought but will be able to rejoice this crisis. In the work of cultivation, emergency situations occur.
Shri Chauhan said that reducing the cost of agricultural production, increasing food and production to the Wajib Dam farmers of agricultural production are the main priorities. Also, farmers have to connect with other collaborative business. He said there are plenty of possibilities in the field of animal husbandry.
Dairy industry will expand
Shri Chauhan said that it is necessary to make bold decisions to work in the interest of farmers. There are many creative works that make it easier for the next year to cultivate. Shri Chauhan said that there are profound possibilities of milk production in Madhya Pradesh. Dairy industry is currently limited to certain districts. It will be expanded throughout the state. If the milk production is expected, the minimum value will be declared. Private investors will be encouraged in the field of milk processing and milk products to consume excess milk. He said that the process of certification of organic vegetables will also be started soon to increase the income of farmers. The roots of vegetables are being fixed.
